Waste of money. Stopped working in 3 months.
It was working fine initially. After 2 weeks the On/Off slider started creating problem. I had 2 slide 2-3 times to switch it on. It's been just 3 months now. It's taking charge but I spite of putting the slider On, the optical light doesn't switch on and mouse doesn't work. Worst product ever purchased on Amazon. And the worst part is it is not cheap.

Decent vertical mouse (with the lack of options online)
Use case: With this whole WFH home situation and the incessant use of basic mouse I started to feel pain in my wrist and thumb. Made two purchases to fix this 1. mousepad with memory foam 2. vertical mouseWriting a review after using the mouse for two weeks.Pros:Wrist pain is completely gone; thumb pain is reduced to an extentThe mouse sensitivity range is good enough for regular office work (mouse not meant for designers)Cons:Cheap build; The first mouse delivered to me was faulty (right-click not working) so had to get it replaced. Check the product properly within 10-day return windowThe scroll wheel is of basic quality...don't know how long will it lastCostly for the quality offered but then you hardly have any options for the vertical mouse in India onlineI was initially thinking of buying MX master but basis reviews it is meant more for performance than ergonomics. So, chucked the idea.In addition to buying a mouse the only way to fix pain is by making sure you place your hands on the table properly, take frequent breaks, and do wrist and finger exercises (with wrist ball for example). For finger pain reduce the usage of mobile. We all tend to reply to office emails, chats on mobile and that was the culprit in my case.

I don't recommend it
Cons:1. It is very light weight, the mouse falls sideways on the slight nudge of the hand. This usually happens when I move my hand from keyboard to mouse.2. There is no support for the base of palm. The base of the palm still rests on the mouse pad. Which I was not expecting.3. There is no battery power indicator for the rechargeable battery. You might end up waiting for your mouse to charge up to use it, totally unexpectedly. I don't find it comfortable to work with the charger cable connected to the mouse. would happily prefer replaceable battery instead of rechargeable.4. The hand position is more comfortable that usual mouse.Pros:1. It's cheap.

Does NOT last
Great product but poor quality. Mine lasted just about 6 months. Got a replacement and that too worked for 8-9 month and stopped.

A must for repetitive stress and other over use issues
This is my second vertical mouse and I cannot work without it. My first employer supplied mouse finally succumbed to the only problem that a mouse with a high profile has and that is knocking it off your work space. The first mouse was forgiving to a point so I looked for a good price point and reviews. What really like about this mouse vs my previous (still works accept for the wheel which I rely on) is it clicks in silence. I didn't realize it until I started using. Also, my previous mouse was a shiny plastic while this is a matte finish. Overall, works well, smooth interface and quiet. The price is excellent. Do practice mindfulness when you are looking at screens and moving your hand. Know where your mouse is to avoid too many knocks off the desk.

Awesome, comfortable, ergonomic mouse
This is a great ergonomic mouse, very comfortable with a matte like smooth textured finish so it is soft on your hands. It is not true bluetooth as you need to plug a usb receiver it comes with into your laptop. It works very well, sleep mode functions great and everything works for my older 2011 macbook. For the price it's a great ergonomic mouse.

Works perfectly as a vertical ergonomic mouse at a super affordable price.
This mouse is dead silent and much quieter than the Anker model. No USB connectivity issue. 2x AAA batteries mean no need to worry about in-built battery life unlike some other wireless models.

Quick to breakdown and very cheap
Quality is very very bad, its all plastic and does not feel good to hold and it stopped working after 2 months

LIFE CHANGING - a must for someone who works on the computer for a living
My wrist was in SO MUCH PAIN, long hours on the computer for work. I tried everything, but nothing worked, until I stumbled upon this mouse. Thought for $20 what the heck, I'll try it. Total game changer!! The change in ergonomic position, the very first hour I used it, alleviated my pain, taking all that pressure off the carpal tunnel area. Perfect weight for stability without making it heavy/bulky, very stable and fits comfortably in my hand, I have medium to large hands. I keep my other mouse hooked up just so I can keep switching it up and stave off having carpal tunnel surgery....or quitting my job. Whoever designed this is genius. The mouse is stable, glides effortlessly without feeling cheap & frail, the clicks are smooth & buffered, it's really a pleasure to use, and my wrist is happy once again. Highly recommend, and would buy again!
