Great Customer Service!
Update - I have updated my review to 5 stars due to the sellers wonderful customer service! They sent a new warmer which works perfectly and have communicated with me throughout the process to ensure the new warmer arrived and works.Product appears to be inconsistent, I bought 2 of these warmers at the same time. One of which works perfect and I haven’t had any issues with.However the second one I received, only worked for 1 day, after that day it stopped turning off. I had to remove it from the wall / can’t use it due to the potential fire hazard.Disappointing since the design is pretty and it made the house smell good!

Love it but....
This is super cute and works well. But the stabilizer prong (I'm not sure the actual name) that goes in the round grounding hole on an outlet broke within 2 months. I pulled it from the wall to move it to a different room and the prong stayed. Now it leans a little bit forward so some of the wax doesn't melt.also it does burn some of the wax to the bottom sometimes but it is easy to get off by letting rubbing alcohol warm up in it for a few minutes.10/10 I do recommend even with the small issues.

Sadly, it didn’t last
Bought it in July 2023 and a few months later it stopped working. At first I thought it was the bulb, so I changed it, it lights up but doesn’t heat. I never moved it around, knocked it over or was rough with it. It just stopped melting. I was about to get another one but I will try my luck elsewhere. It is very pretty and I had no other issues. Good luck.

Good choice
This nightlight has a nice glow and completely melts the wax. Just what I was looking for.

Defective Item
If I could give it zero stars, I would. The warmer immediately got stuck in our outlet and would not come out. We had to cut it out. Definitely do NOT recommend.
