I do not work in the foodservice industry but I'm on my feet all day. I seriously dislike shoes that aren't extremely grippy. I bought a size 14 and a 14.5. The latter fit perfectly. Extremely comfortable from day 1 and these are super grippy.They do have a "creak" to them. Not squeaky at all but the shoe does make a slight sound as you walk and they flex with your foot. It is in no way annoying or really noticeable to anyone else.Not sure how they'll hold up long term yet but the very low price means I'll be quite forgiving. So far so good though after a couple months.

مريحة جدا وجميلة . ارتديها للعمل وغيرها للاسواق وكاجوال .مشكلتها أول ثلاث ايام قاسية ومتعبة من الأمام ولكن بعدها تتوسع مع الارتداء .و بالنسبة للعمل فهي مانعة للانزلاق ومتماسكة جدا . علماء لاني امشي فوق غسيل الارضيات بالصابون او ماء حتى مع الزيوت فهي جدا متماسكة .خصوصا لأعمال المطبخ والمستشفيات .أنصح فيها وبشدة

Thankfully I read the reviews before buying the product so I bought a half size bigger than normal and thank goodness I did. The shoes fit perfectly even though they still feel a little tight - if you like snug fitting shoes buy a half size bigger than normal, if you like roomy, comfy shoes then buy a whole size bigger. I think the issue is the memory foam insoles - they don't seem to take these into account when sizing the shoes. If I bought the normal size for my feet, the shoes would definitely have been too tight and unwearable. Trust the reviews on this one, buy bigger!On the subject of the shoes themselves, they look stylish, they are comfy (just a little tight), they are non slip in a work environment (a restaurant in my case) and they are super lightweight. They are well constructed, they feel much sturdier than a pair of sneakers even though they do look like a hybrid between work shoes and sneakers. They are easy to polish with minimal stitching and detailing around the soles (less gaps for gunk to get in them - why do most work shoes have that gap? It's a mystery lol).Pretty much the perfect work shoe. Great non slip, stylish (as long as you can get away with sneaker style work shoes). Light, sturdy and easy to polish. What more do you want from a work shoe? I'm very happy with my purchase.
