I had a harley davidson fan and when we moved we lost the remote. That fan will only stay in whatever position it was in. So ordered this remote and now everything works great

After YEARS of putting up with a remote that was failing (had to press buttons multiple times, had to press really hard, try different locations on the button, etc.) I found these on Amazaon and couldn't be more pleased. These are AWESOME!!

The remote for our Craftmade ceiling fan was misplaced, and we needed a replacement. The original remote had a button to move the fan in REVERSE, so wanted one with that feature. This one was one of the few that was capable of doing that. Was not sure whether it would work as our fan is Craftmade and this is a Hampton Bay replacement. Saw a few videos which helped me locate where the Dip Switches are located on our fan. It looked like the same 4 switches that most fans have. So decided to try this out.Just had to put in a 9v battery and it was ready to go. Matched the code switches to that in the fan receiver unit and it worked immediately. Very happy with the purchase.

Old remote stopped working ... nice to have all my controls back on track

I bought this to replace an older remote for our ceiling fan but still trying to get it to work. Supposed to be compatible so maybe I’m doing something wrong
