Needs better packaging
No side effects but also the only downside is there is no real instructions. There is no box with ingredients or anything. So honestly I could be taking anything.. I took it and it did start my cycle but I have off and on since I started taking this. It does get u going though and thus I gave it the 3 stars. Needs improvement

Great product for PCOS
Great product for PCOS. Started taking this product on 03/02/2015 and after 10 days I can see changes happening in my body. There are less hair on my face, my face looks more clear , less hair fall, feeling more energetic. I have not rated 5 stars as it is too early to give 100% to the product. Will come back and update.

I started this a week ago and it has helped regulate my heavy period and stop my clots

I been on this for 11 days now . I have noticed a small difference. I have started my cycle and has been a great cycle so far. I give this a four start due to not taking it very long... I will do an update

Good for regulating periods
Love this! I've been using this and hyponid to manage the hirsuitism on my chin. This along with alot of fruits an veggies an avoiding process foods and complex carbohydrates has really helped to slow the hair growth.
