This is an astonishingly posh pan! I can't believe how good it is at this price. It is big, heavy, with excellent handles that make it easy to handle . And it is an absolute joy to work with, with brilliant heat distribution. You can use it in the oven if you want to brown something off. It looks a million dollars, too. Amazing.

I love this sauté pan. I had been hunting kitchen shops and websites for a large deep sauté pan. Could not find anywhere. It had to be induction as well. I had bought a whole set of induction at Canadian tire. I gave them away, they burnt in the middle and the sides of the pan didn’t cook properly. Very frustrating. This pan has even heat through the bottom. It is very sturdy. Do not hesitate to buy this pan from website. I know it can be intimidating buying without touching, but believe me you won’t regret this purchase. I am also a retired caterer so I know my pots and pans.

Definitely bigger than expected, however, extremely easy to clean and very useful.

Like a lot of non stick pans, this one was good at the start. But over time (despite careful care and low-med heat use, the finish started peeling off. I contacted Ozeri customer service and they responded promptly saying they would be happy to replace the pan. They asked for my address and said it was shipped. I was really happy with this, but weeks went by and nothing showed up. I followed up 4 times and received no replies. I tried to open a new case and didn't get a reply. I called customer service and left a voicemail, nothing. It's like this company dropped off the face of the earth. I'm confused why they ever promised a replacement in the first place. Really weird experience and I won't purchase from them again.
