I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT IGNORING SOME ONE TOLD ME EARLIER THAT SHE KNOWS SOME ONE GOT THIRD DEGREE BURNT WITH THIS HEATING BELT.IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR MY WAIST PAIN - AS SUCH I WAS SLEEPY - ACCIDENTALLY - BY GOD'S GRACE THE BELT GOT LOOSENED AND FELL THE WAIST TO THE BED - AND SEE WHAT HAPPENED IN AN HOUR OR SO.SYSTEM REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE STAR BE GIVEN - OTHERWISE PRODUCT DESERVED NEGATIVE MARKINGTHIS PRODUCT - WHAT EVER REASONS / OPERATING PROCEDURE / LOGIC -THE MANUFACTURER MAY COME UP IS UNSAFE & EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FOR USE - THERE MUST BE AUTO CUTOFF SAFETY LIMITING TEMP RISE TO ENSURE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HEATING IS CONTINUED BEYOND A SET LIMIT.I AM NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF LEGAL PROTECTION AND DAMAGE COULD BE CLAIMED FOR SUCH INCIDENT - I WOULD LIKE AMAZON TO ADVISE ME. BUT AS A MINIMUM I SHALL EXPECT THAT AMAZON AS RESPONSIBLE E-RETAILER / DISTRIBUTOR WILL STOP SELLING THIS TYPE OF UNSAFE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY.

I'm ordering it for the third time within a year . It is practically designed product but doesn't last long . Also, if you put it on 1 or 2 , it doesn't heat up much but if you put it on 3, it will damage the cord ...

The ones I had bought in the past were good. Bought 2 recently (from s locsl chemist) - both have had the same issues ie gets too hot even on setting 1 and both stopped working in 5 months or so

After using it 10 times or so, the heating pad is not working. I can see the indicator light works for all 3 levtt e.g. is but the pad does not heat up! Very bad product. This is just a simple product and if it does not work even for 6 months then it indicates severe Quality issues during manufacturing or assembling.

It's my day 1 review, everything is good as of now, I had seen the picture of this product and then purchased this one...The pic depicts Grey colour but it comes very light yellow colour cover in that cover you have to place your steam belt, so for those who going to buy by again doing the same mistake what I did then be careful...Will again update after some days about its cons...23.7.18.
