WOODWICK candle Elipsa Willow 76375E

About ten years ago Yankee Candle had a light blue candle called ‘Willow Breeze’ which had a great fresh scent and a as one of my favourites until they stopped producing them here in UK.I have no idea what a Willow tree smells of but I was hoping that this WoodWick candle would be similar. I realise Yankee Candle own WoodWick now and my hopes we’re high.My hope were met, this is exactly the same scent of ‘Willow Breeze’ and it’s absolutely fantastic. Not sure how to deceive the scent? It’s a lovely fresh green scent. Not pine, more grassy is how I would put it. The fragrance fills my whole (tiny) flat without being heavy or cloying and would suit both male and females.I seem to have a bit of an, addiction to these Elipse Candle now as it’s my fifth in a couple of months. I can’t afford them. Still, I need my fix and I can’t get enough of them. This has been my favourite so far with Lemongrass and Lily coming a close second (another really strong, but nice, one. Especially if you live above a kebab shop or have a wet dog. Or no h. ) it’s a shame they don’t last as long but I find you only need to put them on for an hour and you can still smell it in the room two days later.Highly recommended.

Bought two of these candles as Christmas gifts,on one the wick was broken and wax smeared up the glass the other the lid was badly stained,compared it to the one i had already been bought as a gift,the wooden lid was of much poorer quality,so have returned them not sure if they are even the real thing.

First one arrived damaged with the wick completely broken. The replacement which came looked fine but when I tried to use the candle the wood burnt down so quickly that the whole wick then got swamped by the melted wax and went out. This happened within about 20 minutes. I tried again the next day once the wax had settled and it was swamped again within minutes. Either these are not genuine WoodWick candles (I've had WoodWick candles before and never had this problem) or they are a faulty batch.

È la prima volta che compro una candela di questa marca. Leggendo sempre recensioni positive, ho provato. È stupenda, elegante e profumatissima.Il particolare rumore che sembra il crepitio della legna che arde è spettacolare. Emana un profumo intenso ma non troppo esagerato (sembra che ho sfornato un torta di mele per interdici) come idea regalo penso che sia eccezionale per chi ama le candele ma anche come soprammobile. Vi lascio il video con l’audio per farmaci capire che spettacolo di candela è.

I cannot get this wick to light properly ot only lights at 1 side and its a really tiny flame so Im not smelling much. Is there a way to get this wick to light? Ive never had this problem with one of these candles they have always been great. Its an expensive candle if you cant even light it. Can you tell me why this is happening please?
