Maybe ok if you need to hold super lightweight mic, but does not work to hold any condenser mic (which are normally heavier than dynamic mics). Base plate is small in diameter, and not stable, as made from plastic - high risk to drop mic. Overall product feels flimsy (which is no surprise for such cost).Better pay more but go for reliable brand like Rode DS1 instead - super sturdy with heavy metal base plate and quality hardware.

It was worth the price, and good for using it on a desktop.

The quality of this stand is ok, but at this price, it is very good value. I use it with an SM58-type microphone, and the clip is strong enough for that. The base is weighted plastic; I added sticky felt pads as feet, which it definitely needs. Some caution is required; the threads of the pole and base are plastic and feel as if they could be very easily stripped it turned too tightly. Otherwise it was a good buy for a simple item that does its simple job well.

This is sold as a microphone stand but the microphone piece is missing. What I received was a phone stand.

The item quality is just ok. It’s fine.

I like this product because I can take it apart when I’m not using it. Also it’s height adjustable which I like and the base is heavy so it won’t fall. All in all I like it and it’s cheap
