The Polygel is not easy to use, it does not stick to nail straight away as shown on YouTube even when holding the nail down for 40 seconds, the nail lifts up. Another thing I found annoying the nails last 2 to 3 days lifts off. Not sure why.

So, once you apply the gel on the nail tips and put it on you nail, is not staying and you need some clips which are not included in this kit and also i had to spend another money buying the slip solution because otherwise you can't dilute and shape the polygel. After i spend this money buying the things which are missing from this kit, i couldn't make more than 3 nails because the the gel is liquing under you nail and making air bubbles under the tips if your are not checking many times before to put it under lamp. I'm not a professional in this but i used to do my nails at home with normal gel and i done it quiet decent.If you want to make your nails fast and easy i won't recomand this.

Not for me!! I have an LED light and had a nail under the light for 90sec and it was still soft and would not set. Please be advised that you will need to buy the slip solution separately as the set doesn’t come with it and you definitely need it

Only tried onces so far and there easy to apply. Will take practice to get them really good. I woukd definitely recommend you use the clip to secure them under the uv fir at least 30 seconds then remive to finish curing. I woukd definitely buy the other colours and do recommend especially for starters. So far really happy with the kit

Amazing! I never leave reviews but had to in this case as I love this product so much. This is my first time using polygel and I’ve only done regular gels once before this. I tried the polygel using paper forms and it was really difficult to use so I definitely recommend using dual forms for this gel. Once you use a primer and a slip solution (rubbing alcohol or acetone free nail polish remover works fine) it’s super easy to get the hang of with a bit of practice. YouTube tutorials are amazing too. The gel is also super clear which is a huge plus. When squeezing the tube do so gently and slowly as the product is quite thick and it may cause the tube to split as seen in other reviews 💖

The polygel is really good quality and is really durable. However, I cannot say the same about the packaging. The first time I used it the tube burst. But if the tube hadn't burst I would have recommended.

A great product for a beginner like me. You aren’t going to be able to do it perfectly the first go, it’s not easy so be prepared to put in some practice time. There’s a reason technicians spend years training. Having read other reviews I’ve found that:If the polygel isn’t setting youve used too much slip and it’s time to start afreshMolds are difficult to keep on so get yourself some clipsIf it won’t come out of the tube, warm it up in your hands or under warm waterIf they’re took flimsy you need more gel - don’t panic just build it up free hand if you canGenerally had no problems and issues were down to user error. I’ve had them on two weeks now, I’ve infilled and colour changed them (took the gel polish off and repainted) and they have survived every day life. There was a casualty to pulling on a pair of jeans and another to the washing up but they’ve been great. Highly recommend

Update - not only were these awful my nails have been in terrible condition ever since. My nails are usually very strong however since using this product they are breaking so low down it’s painful and incredibly weak. Wish I’d never used thisAWFULI have been doing my nails with gel/acrylics etc for YEARS and this does not work!!!First time it lasted a few hours and I put it down to an old light and gave it another chance when I got a new light - a professional grade light - and they lasted….less than 24 hours.Not only have they come off just in the shower they’ve ripped off my natural nails with them well below the line of my finger tips.Don’t wasted your money!!

The gel is on the thicker side, but that is exactly how I prefer it, cuz I like to make my own colors by mixing in gel polish. Only thing is that I wish it came in larger size like a 4oz tube. I use up clear polygel so fast

Hi. This stuff is clear! Water clear! I put some on my mother's nails and she LOVES it! She can't tell which of her nails is real and which one's aren't! And this is a woman who does EVERYTHING with her nails even though I told her she shouldn't. Opening things, breaking dog food for her chihuahuas, cleaning burnt pans with her nails, and this stuff stays on and doesn't lift or chip or break! It is thick and stiff to work with but I use 70% alcohol and take my time and it comes out perfect. I just paint it over top my mother's nails as hers are long, they just break a lot. This doesn't. Whereas mine, due to medical reasons, are pretty much stubs that split and peel so I elongate mine with forms. I've got to say, mine stayed put, too. Thinking of getting some glitter and mixing in with it to see what that's like. I really like thinner to work with but hey, if it stays put and holds on this well, I can put up with it being a bit on the thick side. No problem. Can't wait to put it back on and see what new thing I can come up with! Had no reactions to it what-so-ever, just remember to use your primer, dehydrator, base coat and cure, fix your nail to the length you want, cure top and bottom and polish (if you wish) and top coat and cure. 60 seconds each in a 86watt lamp.
