If you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and have suffered angst and illnesses more than the average -this is a quick, short, compassionate book to get. I read it in one sitting. The author is spot on about how to take care of yourself energetically and physically (and more). Reading it is like sitting with a kind friend who knows what it's like to be an Empath or HSP, and she offers extra wisdom from guides in the Spirit realm, which is icing on the cake. (I read the book version.)

I was so excited to finally get this book, but after reading it I was very dissatisfied.The book was a bit too pricy for what it had to offer.I maybe only found one thing helpful after reading it.You can research empath and get way more than what you're paying for with this "manual"Sigh I was just hoping for more.So the search will continue.

This little book has become a wonderful reference manual for those of us that consider ourselves, Lightworkers and/or Empaths. Irma and her guides clearly explain common challenges of being an empath and how to fine tune them. I've found the book to be invaluable in my pursuit of a life filled with light! I reference it often and keep it with me for quick reading as well as reassurance on challenging days.

I found this book very helpful to understanding the Aquarian Empath's and how to help the few that I know on their journey. Irma is a great soul and resource for helping us to heal our world and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend this book and other works by Irma to those who are on the path of healing and love.

I like how she explains everything in detail and easy to understand. It's nice to know that I am not the only one.

Again another booklet and not actually a book! Very few pages with very little new information. Twice from the same author I've been promised a book only to get a booklet, I won't make the same mistake by buying from her again!

I highly recommend this book to anyone who identifies as an empath or who finds themselves overwhelmed by the intensity of life. Written from a place of personal experience, Irma shares useful techniques to manage an empathic nature in a positive way. She offers support and encouragement, wisdom and insight, with great clarity and much compassion. There are depths to this book not immediately apparent on first reading, and I have returned to certain parts to reread and absorb them more deeply. This is an on-going process for me at the moment and I am continuing to reap the benefits of having this book in my possession. So glad I bought it!

I was really looking forward to reading this but was sorry when it arrived and found that it was little more than a pamphlet with very little information.

A wonderful book which is easy to read and understand with excellent exercises if you are an empath will prove to very helpful in your spritual health .

I found this book disappointing! It is uplifting, but very basic. It is an easy read, but definitely not beneficial for someone who is trying to understand themselves as emphatics.
