I have used this now for 2 months. Great robot for floor vacuming and mopping. Vacuming is 98% accurate. Easily picks up hair and other dirts.Mopping is also great. You should not expect deep mopping from the mopping feature. Its for everyday floor cleaning and maintaining. And manual floor mopping should be done every 10 days/ or 1 week. Great and recommended

Now it is a week and we are happy with the performance of the cleaner. House mapping is done by itself and once mapping is done you can schedule the vacuuming, mopping combined or only vacuuming for individual rooms.

It does as good a job as we expected. The mop cloth needs to be made wet separately before starting or it won’t mop the whole area of the pad, it just leaves two wet lines on the floor. It also doesn’t scrub stubborn marks, but we expected that. App works well and vacuum seems pretty good.

Amazing robot vacuum. Works as advertised if not better. Get one, you won't be dissapointed

Perfect cleaning, but some features required:1- can't clean and mop in the same cycle.2- if no-mop zone is blocking it to reach to another mop zone, it cannot move to it.3- manual room walls adjust not available.

Cela fait depuis une semaine que je l'utilise quotidiennement, j'en étais plutôt contente jusque là mais voilà qu'il me plante déjà.En effet, il aspire mais après nettoyage des roues et de tout ce qu'il y a autour, il me signale qu'il y a quelque chose que le bloque. ça me cause plus de soucis qu'autre chose. Je vais finir par regretter mon achat...

First of all, let's clear up a common confusion with these robots. They are not meant to substitute a deep cleaning. They are meant fo everyday use, to maintain your floors clean and take care of light messes. If you have realistic expectations, it's a wonderful little machine that really makes your life easier and allows you to space deep cleaning a little bit farther apart.Secondly, think of how you sweep, mop or vacuum. You at least go twice over each spot. So Roborock also works best if you do 2 or more cycles/passes per area. Also, you need to change the mopping pads at least once between cycles. After all, you do rinse and wring your mop when mopping by hand. I have it mop when I'm going to be nearby so I can pause it and change the pad to a clean one, and then have it continue (I try to time this so I change it as it finishes the first pass). This only takes me maybe 30 seconds, much less time and effort than if I was doing the mopping myself, so I think it's worth it.PROS:- HEPA filter, to me this is a must on an vacuum. Otherwise you just blow dust around. I'm not sure if it has complete seal, though.- Very good suction- Decent light mopping.- Very good battery life- Good mapping, the app is easy to use- Very rarely gets stuck (mostly on shag type rugs or if wheels become suspended as in going over something that is slightly raised).- If you do at least 2 cycles it cleans very very, well. This is especially true (and necessary) when using mopping mode.- The bin has a decent size, keeping in mind that it should be emptied after each cleaning or at least every 2.- It can map more than one floor.- It can figure out had to get into complicated places without any help (i.e. finding a space wide enough between chair legs to get under the table)CONS:- It will occasionally get lost.- It can get stuck and drag thinner cables such as phone charging cables. (But has no problem with thicker ones)- It can drag thinner or lighter rugs.- When mopping only one cycle, it leaves lines on the floor when they dry (visible under certain lighting on light colored floors). When doing x2 or more this is not a problem, as long as you change to a clean mopping cloth in between (but the same thing would be true of manual mopping if you keep swiping a dirty mop around).- Doesn't clean some types stains (which would need some degree of scrubbing, so lets be realistic).In summary I love it for everyday cleaning. It has made the upkeep of the house much easier for me between deep cleanings.

I did a lot of research and read loads of reviews before buying this. Everyone loves it…it is amazing that the robot can navigate around your house but it’s not perfect. Lots of reviews said that when the robot had finished it was as if the cleaners had been. I don’t agree…it is very good but I was expecting more.

FINALMENTE UN PRODOTTO VALIDO!Provengo da Roomba e Ecovacs Deebot ed è stata una tragedia (mappe perse, laser rotti, sensori che non funzionavano etc), cosi sotto consiglio ho acquistato questo S5 MAX e si è rivelato fantastico.Il prodotto è veramente premium rispetto ad altri, si vede che ogni piccola parte è stata ricercata e voluta e nulla sembra essere lasciato a caso, il tocco di Xiaomi si vede, non è la solita cinesata come pensavo.All'interno troviamo: Robot, un panno riutilizzabile, base di ricarica, cavo di alimentazione, e taglierino/spazzola per la pulizia, una specie di pedana di plastica circolare da mettere davanti la base di ricarica, manuale d'istruzioni in italiano.PRO: 🔝- Mappatura perfetta, non perde mai la mappa e inoltre rispetto ad altri questo può salvarla come backup e ripristinarla in caso di problemi.- Si può usare come app sia Xiaomi Home o Roborock, ed è perfettamente integrato nell'ecosistema Xiaomi (io lo sto comunque utilizzando su Roborock).- Se avete casa su più piani potete fargli mappare anche gli altri piani, per la prima volta spostando sia la dock che il robot, poi in seguito basta solo spostare manualmente il robot, selezionare il piano di casa dall'app e lui si ritrova sulla mappa.- Non è stupido, se trova sedie o altre cose aggiunte dopo la prima mappatura le schiva, riconosce gli ostacoli e se messo seriamente in crisi ritrova la base in qualsiasi modo (io l'ho provato a incastrare dietro un tavolino non mappato ed è tornato alla base senza neanche lamentarsi :)- Cassetto raccogli polvere abbastanza capiente.- Serbatoio acqua ricopre tranquillamente circa 70mq se usato al max.- Batteria infinita, dopo un'ora di pulizia ha consumato circa il 25%.- La potenza di aspirazione è ottima, toglie qualsiasi cosa su qualsiasi superficie, i tappeti li rimette a nuovo.- Rumore nella norma più o meno come gli altri, o forse un pelino di più.- Possibilità di pulizia a zone, a stanza, e pulizia completa, possibilità di programmare la pulizia automatica per orari, si possono impostare zone vietate e zone di lavaggio vietato e inoltre per ogni stanza si può decidere quanta aspirazione o quanto lavaggio fare.- Lavaggio molto molto buono, se avete macchie sul pavimento tipo caffè o coca cola che rende appiccicoso, dopo 2 passate gia è tutto sparito (ovvio non è paragonabile al mocio).- Fantastico il fatto delle aperture laterali sul retro, che fanno uscire aria pulita grazie al filtro hepa installato, quindi ogni volta che passa aspira, filtra e purifica.- Possibilità di inviarlo in una zona contrassegnata e fargli pulire 1,5 x 1,5 mt, intorno a quell'area (esempio attorno al tavolo in cucina).- Simpatico il telecomando digitale nell'app Roborock per manovrarlo come si vuole.- Per ultima la metto tra i pro, il fatto che anche se un tappeto divide due stanze e si è in modalità lavaggio, con altri robot ti arrivava la notifica che diceva impossibile lavare quella stanza perchè bloccata da un tappeto, con questo invece possiamo mettere una zona di non lavaggio sul tappeto, lui ci sale e non rilascia acqua in quel punto, ma anche se passa col panno umido sul tappeto garantisco che non lo bagna assolutamente, al massimo gli toglie ancora più polvere col panno.CONTRO: 👎🏻- Il packaging non ci siamo, per un prodotto di queste cifre premium non mi aspetto di ricevere una scatola di cartone con all'interno altro cartone e il robot buttato li dentro senza neanche una minima protezione in gomma o poliuretano che protegga dalle vibrazioni o bottarelle durante il trasporto.- La spazzola laterale non mi piace che sia avvitata e ogni volta per pulirla dai capelli incastrati bisogna svitare la vite.- Non mi piace il fatto che con Alexa o Google Home non gli posso dire pulisci ad esempio cucina, puoi solo dire di iniziare a pulire e fa una pulizia completa (Magari in futuro lo aggiornano).- Per il prezzo pagato almeno un panno in più di pulizia e qualche ricambio all'interno della scatola me lo sarei aspettato, ma qui niente.- Il cassetto raccogli polvere, quando rimosso per svuotarlo, non ha un blocco come su Deebot, quindi rischiate di rovesciare di nuovo tutta la polvere a terra se rimosso nel verso sbagliato.- Quando lo mettiamo sottosopra per pulire le spazzole, il coperchio che mantiene il contenitore per la polvere si apre un po da solo, ma nulla di preoccupante.- Base di ricarica con gommini sotto e biadesivo ottimi, ma il cavo d'alimentazione è veramente troppo corto e inoltre non si può nasconderlo sotto la base di ricarica.Per ora mi ci sto trovando veramente bene, prima con altri ero un po "schiavo" del robot per evitare che mi mappava e si perdeva la mappa dovevo spostarmi e non farmi vedere, con questo invece me ne sto sul divano o sulla sedia e gli faccio pulire intorno a me senza che si perda mappe e o base di ricarica, insomma SODDISFATTO.LO CONSIGLIO 5 STELLE TUTTE MERITATE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am using this product for last 2 months. Till now, no problem. Cleaning quality 5 out of 5. Maintenance once in a week max (filter, mop and main brush cleaning). It's one of the extremely satisfactory product I bought till now. It cleans floor much better than the maid.
