Great, sturdy ball and amazing customer service!
This exercise ball arrived quickly and in new condition. It came with the ball, pump, a couple of plugs and a plug remover tool. There was a bit of a smell when I took the ball out of the package but it didn't last long and it reminded me of the pool. Not too strong but kind of a rubber/chlorine smell maybe. The pump did not work perfectly right away. As others have stated, it got stuck and would only extend maybe an inch or two most of the time. After playing with the pump and trying to pump the ball up with the little amount that the pump was allowing, I finally gave in and emailed the support email that was provided in the package and on a sticker on the pump. I got a response back from a real person right away. I thought it was an automated 'we received your email' reply so I initially ignored it. After reading the email a short while later they suggested to oil or grease the inside of the pump, if I could. Taking the pump apart, which consists of unscrewing the bottom of the cylinder, I could see that the 'piston' that is in contact with the cylinder via an O-ring was greased and did move freely in the cylinder. There is another piece the goes around the 'pole' of the piston and that is what was causing the problem. The piece of rubber around the pole was getting caught nd stopping the piston from moving. After putting a very tiny amount of grease on my fingertips and barely greasing the pole, the pump sprang into action! It worked perfectly! I was able to fill the ball up in probably 2-3 minutes. The ball is a thick, sturdy feeling texture. It feels like a high quality exercise ball.Being 5'3 I got the 65" ball. Based on the reviews I went for the bigger size since I was on the cusp between two. I do think it's a nice size for sitting and exercising, however, it does not work for me at my desk. Based on the size chart, this should be about the right size, but it's too small for me at work.I measured the ball after making sure it was as full as I felt safe filling. I rolled it next to the wall and marked the point where a ruler touched being laid flat on the top of the ball. I then measured the distance between the floor and that mark. I rolled the ball away and repeated a few times to ensure I had a level reading. I got 59-60 cm each time. This seems to be a small amount different and I'm not convinced that the extra 2 inches it's missing would make the ball right for work anyway. My suggestion is to consider not only your height but also your desk height (if you plan to use it for that) and then go up to the next size (or two).I am in communication with the customer service rep about a replacement at the moment. They are very responsive and quick. It is a relief to get in touch with someone right away and actually fix the problems! Fixing that pump took a matter of minutes from emailing the problem to actually pumping the ball up. It was super easy to do myself as well. Great job all around!

So, I bought 3...
I needed an exercise ball for pregnancy and labor. My mom had one that claimed to be a 65mm ball (turquoise one at the end), but when measured it was barely 20". Nonetheless I decided to order a size up and got a 75mm, since the 65mm my mom had was too short even for me (I'm 5'0"). Then after going over size charts and recommendations, I realized the 75mm, was probably going to be too big and the one my mom had was probably smaller than advertised. So, to be safe, I ordered a 55, 65 as well so I could be sure to get the right size. For the price I couldn't really go wrong.Turns out the one my mom has IS a 55mm, not a 65. The 65mm is perfect for me and the 75mm is huge (thankfully my fiance can use it)! Some reviews show that the sizes are inconsistent according to their measurements which could be a quality control, but the three I bought are all on point. It's a sturdy ball, and I've been using it everywhere - to sit on during a movie, to sit at the computer with, the dinner table.. there's probably such a thing as too much but it's been a huge relief on my body. I was 90 lbs pre pregnancy, and have put on 35 lbs all on my tummy (I'm 9 months and waiting to pop). My back and hips had been hurting so bad at night that I would wake up and not fall asleep for an hour to two ore more hours, tossing and turning. One day of using my 65MM ball and I slept like a baby last night, and now I really wish I had gotten one sooner. I have to give it a little more time and I can follow up after the labor, but I'll be using it again all day today. The hand pumps also worked fine - because I have 3 balls, I have 3 pumps, but I used one to inflate all three balls and it held up the whole time. I have plenty of extra stops and picks now too ;)P.S: I realize it's hard to take photos and hold a measuring tape at the same time so pardon the bad angles!P.S.S: A couple of them might need a bit of topping off-not deflated or leaking but I under filled them just a little. Also I wonder if there's some truth to the material needing to expand a bit as it becomes less stiff.

Arrived with a non working inflator
After pumping a couple of hundred times (with frustration) to no avail, I dug out my old inflator and that had it inflated in a jiffy. As I pump the new one, almost no air is being pushed through the chamber. I also cannot get the plug all of the way into the hole. I just am not strong enough to push it in. I probably should have put a bit of vaseline on the plug. I will have to see over time if the creases in the ball fade, they are prominent now. It seems pretty full so I don't want to overinflate. It seems sturdy and the ball skin is stretchy and strong.

Pumped up great, holding air very well
I teach and use it as my chair. Perfect size, air volume, and hasn't gone down after 2 weeks of using it daily.

You will never guess what I did with this yoga ball
We needed a big ball to make a "hot air balloon" table decoration for a baby shower. This yoga ball worked perfectly.

Exactly what we needed.
We haven’t had it very long but it is just as described, filled quickly and easily with the accompanying air pump, and has held air just fine. It’s easy to grip with hands or knees, it’s not heavy but has a pleasant heft to it. Very pleased!

Strong
I bought the 66 mm / 26 in orange exercise ball. I am 5'6" and weigh 230 lbs. This is the same size ball that I use daily at physical therapy. It is just as strong and sturdy as the one I use there.
