This works just fine, it's snappy and feels firm. Make sure you keep the plastic rings that surrounds the stick there are two of them (it makes the snappy sound and may keep dust out.) The only difference I'm feeling is that the replacement is just hard plastic with no grip or softness but that honestly works fine. Works well enough to wave dash with fox in smash so. Ya know. Really easy fix look up a guide.

BUYER BEWARECould tell it was a refurb from out of the baggie. The plastic rivets on the back were picked off and re-done to keep the backplate on, but it wasn't enough to push the contact plate against the contact pins and get a decent response. Hilariously enough, for a refurb job they must have not tested it. When installed, you couldn't move up or down with the circle pad, and it'd go wild in games. I took it apart and saw that one of the contact pins was bent all the way over to the other side, shorting itself. I was able to bend it back and get it in semi-working condition, but I've already bought another replacement from another company to make a reliable replacement.Gave them a second start just because of no-hassle refund. They must know they're sending crap out if they refunded my money no question's asked.

Worked fine but make sure you first watch the YouTube videos before attempting installation. I have had every version of Game Boy dating back to the original and this is the only one that ever had a broken directional button. Seems to be quite common on the DS XL.

Simple parts swap if you have a very small screwdriver set. Feels very close to the original but you can tell it’s not. Can’t beat the price though.

Working well so far. It was easy to install, and seems pretty solid. It's great to have a functioning 3DS again, and I'm happy it was so simple and painless. Thanks!
