Beautiful
I have been wanting this for years but too expensive for me. My husband surprised me and bought it. I am absolutely in love with it. Has three different plays and songs. Beautiful details, not cheaply made. Worth every penny.

Impressive
All I can say is "wow". It is elegant and enchanting. There are 3 scenes. The figures move about. I believe there is a total of three iterations of the three scenes. The music changes, but not the movement of the figures. Just so you know. The music is lovely. It's all so, polished. The curtains close, then open and there is a new scene. You don't hear anything switching. Very, very enjoyable.

If you love Christmas, you will love this music box. The design is beautiful. It's a bit pricey, and so what? it's about Christmas so splurge!

This is vintage, but looks and performs like new. All the parts work perfectly. The changing scenes are adorable.

Over 70 songs - and the choice of Christmas music for the season and you can keep it out all year and play instrumental non holiday music.

Nice product
This is nothing like the original. The sound is not the same but I was going to keep it. I paid $272 for it and now 2 weeks later the price dropped to $199.99. Unfortunately Amazon doesn't match the price. So I'm returning the item. $70 difference is not pocket change to me

Disappointing Quality
Bought this on 10 Oct 2021, arrived on 19 Oct 2021.Noticed the piece of plastic trapped in the carousel (1st pic).It was distracting and I wanted to replace it, but was told it's not possible.In the end settled on keeping this for a discount from Amazon.Today (13 Nov 2021), I noticed there's mould growing on the inner frames!This item was kept in the living room, no where near anything humid / wet.Furthermore, this heirloom is sealed shut so I've no idea how could mould start to grow...Very disappointed, I'm considering returning this item.This is sold as a heirloom but no idea if it would still be in good condition next Christmas.
