The art is adorable and colors true to what is shown; however, the keychain comes extremely scratched. I thought I just got a bad keychain so I got an exchange but it’s the same with the second. In the past, I’ve seen these acrylic keychains with a plastic film on top to prevent it from getting scratched in transit but this one did not. The two stars is for the cute artwork, the minus three stars is for the actual product.UPDATE: looked up the other online reviews and noticed that there is indeed a layer on top that you can peel off. It's a little difficult to tell but it can be removed. Upping the rating to 5*

I absolutely love my purchases!! They came nicely packaged and came so fast! The art is so adorable and the size is just right, about 24 1/2 cm. Make sure to peel off the protector both sides!! And it takes a bit to put them in it’s stands, so make sure you start from the center! ( that’s how I did it ). It’s price is worth it! I’ll will come back for more orders in the future for sure!!

really cute, looks exactly like the picture! it’s good quality, it’s not flimsy plastic or anything. it’s also double sided with the character flipped on the other side. it got delivered in about a month but that’s not a problem for me.

This is adorable and I love how you get different ways to use it (cell phone/charm strap, basic keychain, beaded keychain, and a base). The art is fantastic and I love the little package it came in. For those who don't know, there is a thin layer of protective sticky plastic on each side you need to peel off. Otherwise, it'll look like it has scratches and bubbles on it even though it doesn't.

I got two for my friend for their birthday, and then later I got two for me based off our mains. My friend got Diluc and Childe, and I got Albedo and Zhongli. The chains on them are a bit flimsy - the one for Albedo on my lanyard broke - but they have more secure attachments included, so that's okay. Some people say they scratch easily. That's probably because they didn't remove the protective lining that can and will get scratched. It's been a few months and aside from almost losing Albedo, they're great.

This product arrived quickly as I got it after two days of purchasing it and came in nice packaging. In the photos I attached, you can see everything that came with it. The quality is nice and I would definitely buy another one in the future! They do have protective film on both sides of the character so don't worry if they look scratched at first, the film protects it from any scratches that it might've gotten when shipping. In the pictures I took, the characters don't have the film on them. Have fun purchasing!

Ganyu finally got here today after a bit of a shipping snafu and she's so cute! The print is high quality, the acrylic is nice and thick, and it comes with a bunch of different accessory options so you can attach her to whatever you want, or use her as a stand if you want. I'm really happy with her! Like a lot of other reviewers have said, if the acrylic seems scuffed or damaged when you first get it, make sure to peel off the protective layer of plastic on both sides; it serves no purpose other than to protect the acrylic during shipping, and the acrylic should look shiny and new underneath it.

I have bought some similar Genshin keychains in the past, I can say I have never had such care in packaging a keychain ever! It came in a protective case to ensure the keychain doesn't get chipped or scratched. I wonder where the selling case came from or where but it shows that the sellers care about product protection. Inside the case contains, a keychain, a small plastic action figure stand and what to me appears to be some string. So there is options on what you can do with it. For the art, top tier for Yanfei keychains, very cute! I highly recommend buying from this seller, well worth the price for any Genshin/Anime fan. For any Yanfei mains/fans out there, this is a must!

Came extremely scratched (yes, I know there is a protector, but it was scratched under the protector...) Box came opened and I think it got crushed in transit... It's so cute, but I wish more care was taken in packaging.... It is so scratched...

Beautiful keychain. Has a stand in case you want to display it on a shelf. Bigger than expected. Has a protective film that my daughter decided to leave on to keep it safe from scratches. I recommend this. Very satisfied.

Got the kokomi one. Came with scratches all over it. It's cute but the scratches look terrible, rating it 2* only for advertised colours/size being correct.

Arrived badly damaged and scratched up severely. The box it arrived in was dusty and busted up and the actual keychain inside was heavily damaged with dents and scratches. Not worth the price
