If you have full length wellies then it’s not long enough to fold over the top

Q: Are these welly liners or socks? - Do they attach to the welly and fold over the top?

They are welly liners. They are fleece material. And personally I’d still wear a sock then the liner. And yes they fold over the top of the boot. 😊
