This would be a pretty decent product if they didn't ruin it by shipping it with the siren inside the case. This warps the plastic which goes above the screen area making the phone's display difficult to see in the sun. It also interferes with the ability to register touches. You can clearly see what I'm talking about in the attached photo. The two, raised round areas were caused by the siren. There is absolutely no reason to ship it this way.

This delivers on everything as advertised -- it's really comfortable on my hand, it makes it super easy to carry my phone while allowing my hand to be relaxed and move freely during a run, and I feel like my phone fits securely in the pouch (it doesn't shift around at all). And, the touch screen works through the plastic "window" thingy. It's really great and I'm happy with it!My one criticism is that it's SUPER HOT on my hand. Even after a short run, my hand is really sweaty, and the part of this that's against my hand is wet-ish.But, despite that drawback, this is otherwise comfortable and functional enough that I'll definitely keep using it anyway. To me, this is the most comfortable option I've tried for bringing my phone with me while running.

Fits my Samsung phone with its protective case. Easy to use. It is very durable and works as expected. We tried the siren and it is very loud. Meets all my expectations.

Great if your hands can grip a basketball.....

It’s huge. Comfortable and well made but way too big. I’m returning it.
