This product is amazingly spectacular. Someone reviewed this product saying it tasted "porky". I'm here to say that it doesn't taste porky at all. It tastes exactly like it's name - Tumeric and Ginger with more of the emphasis on ginger. The taste is super strong but nothing I couldn't stomach, or I feel that anyone couldn't stomach. When I consumed it, I felt like I was taking in quality ingredients and my body felt the positive effects of it from the very first time serving. I am so pleased with this product, so much that I signed up for monthly delivery. I don't want to be without it! I loved all the items so much that I'll be getting all 6 of them on a monthly basis! Well I’m hoping I can finish it before it expires in May 2025 but oh well. I took it tonight, I took it warm so that was a bit unpleasant and I know it will be better once it’s cold.. Honestly it tastes like those health food orange lemon ginger turmeric shots except it’s not sour and doesn’t have that disgusting black pepper flavor. I think that’s actually superior to the juice shots. It’s thick which is rough but not too bad if you’re determined. I do think it will be hard to mix into other things but honestly I need the inflammation in my hip to go down before I destroy my stomach lining with nSAIDs or my liver with Tylenol. I do like the vegan DHAs because it means my mom who is allergic to fish can use it too if she decides to be adventurous. She was the one who introduced me to the brand. I really wish they went with an orange flavor alone instead of orange ginger but I will survive sadly. Overall no complaints. If it works or not is another story. I mean it’s a supplement so that’s all subjective on the needs being met or not. I just want my hip to not be inflamed.

Ordered November 2024, product expired Feb 2025...we simply could not bring ourselves to finish this bitter ginger rancid, fishy, oily liquid.You know, my family loves Mary Ruth’s products. But this one, God bless its little heart…tastes like ‘I’d rather have sore knees.’ They really need to improve the taste if they expect customers to pay what they’re charging for it. I regret my purchase...I cannot believe the Mary Ruth powers that be let this one ship out to loyal customers. There are easier, cheaper and more pleasurable ways to ingest tumeric and DHA.

The taste is fine. Jury is out on joint improvement. I do wish it contained less sunflower seed oil.

The effects are positive for my knees. The taste is very fishy.
