A lovely warm colour. Have only been using it for a few months.

Only really needed one, but bought a multi box that will last a long time. Very bright, could possibly have had something with a lower power. Bought for a light just inside my front door. One bulb lights up the hallway and the porch on the other side of the door. Will examine all the other bulbs in the box and try them out. Generally good, even if they are brighter than required.

Don't buy these if you want a bright light, they are very dull and don't get any brighter the longer they are on either. Put one in my bedroom and have had to change it to something brighter found it depressing.So will just use them in table lamps etc., where brilliance isn't a priority. 60W in the old style used to be ok but obviously these new style bulbs not such good light.

I ordered a box of 8 bulbs a few months ago, and installed them outdoors in bulkhead fittings operated by PIR detectors, as part of the security lighting around my home. They were direct replacements for traditional bulbs as a part of my upgrading all lighting to LED. They give an excellent bright light, and I'm sure they have improved our security. However, after a couple of months I noticed that one bulb had stopped working, then another, then 2 more, all within less than 6 months of being fitted. The good news is that they are guaranteed for 2 years, so I contacted the seller through Amazon and they immediately agreed to send me a replacement pack, without any argument. I received the new ones within 3 days, and so far they are working fine. I was relieved to find that this seller stands by their guarantee, unlike many!I hope these new ones last longer; time will tell............To summarise, these are great bulbs when they are working, and are backed-up by a reliable 2-year warranty, which in my opinion makes them an excellent "good-value-for money" purchase.

Excellent product and service

Bought these for several rooms across a couple of properties (sharing a box between us). We've put them into 3 rooms in one property so far, and every time we turn the lights on we joke we need sunglasses. I didn't realise how orange the previous (non-LED energy efficient) bulbs were until we put these in.I think two of these will be too much for my living room, so I'm going to do a seach for a 40W alternative for in there. If the light fittings were on individual switches (as they are in the property we've already put them into), then I'd put these in and just us one light most of the time. Unfortunately my room only has a single switch that operates both!I can't rate them on energy efficiency, as I have no way to check the quoted figures. And I've only given 4 stars as it's still to early to be able to judge the life of them. However, for what I paid for them (just over £1.13 a bulb) they unlikely to fail before I think I've had my moneys worth from them.
