Bad experience and will struggle to order from Amazon a
Absolute rubbish. I paid £33 for this Christmas tree which I purchased for my dearest friend who was on end of life care with Bowel cancer. When I took it out of the box the total mess all the white stuff on the branches made was unbelievable. It clung to everything it fell on. So upsetting and disappointing. It was meant to put a smile on her face for Christmas instead it was another thing which went wrong. I put it straight back in the box only to have my cloths covered in it and impossible to brush it off. I rang Amazon got a very unhelpful girl and I put the phone down and sobbed.
