Great source of compatible labels
These labels are matt finished rather than the high gloss of the factory brand, but I prefer the matt finish. Additionally, the backing is significantly easier to remove than the factory brand because it has a split down the center. All you have to do is bow the label slightly and the split opens to allow you to remove the backing. That alone is enough to sway my preference to the compatible version.

Good price for a 4-pack but it’s not a true clear tape
I wanted a clear tape to label my spices. It turned out this tape is not clear. It’s like frosty color? Kind of like the scotch tape you buy, there’s a clear/transparent and the not so clear/frosty type.See attached photos of 2 spices I labeled. The label on top is from this while the label below it is from a different machine and label/tape that you can’t see the tape itself, you ca only see the text.I will try the brand name next time and see if theirs are clear/transparent. For the price, I’ll keep these.

Easy to use
I tried to order these before, and I put in the right description of the cassettes, but I didn’t put in the correct label maker that I had. These have lasted me a long time and I am still using them. I work in a medical field to where I have to put labels on everything to stay organized. Definitely would buy again.

Actually might be superior to the Brother tape!
This might not be the popular opinion, but I like the matte surface of this tape moreso than the glossy finish of the original Brother tape. The backing of this tape is a split in the middle, crack and peel type, which is also superior to the original label tape where you have to somehow peel the edge of the backing paper away from the tape. Sometimes that's easy; sometimes not. The printing is not as dark and distinct as the glossy labels, but it's dark enough. Subjectively, I'd say the black on white printing is about 80% to 85% as dark as the Brother glossy tape and that's really good enough considering this is matte tape.
