This kettle started rusting THE DAY AFTER I first used it. I emptied the water and left the lid off over night and the next day I noticed rust on the bottom. I think it is rust, maybe not. I included a photo. Very frustrated because I spent hours reading reviews of kettles and this one seemed much better than many of the others in this price range. If I can reach customer service I might update this review but really I do not recommend this product.

I bought this as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. My son is a former barista and is very picky when it comes to coffee, appliances and decor and so I was a little nervous buying this kettle for them. To my great relief, they both LOVED it....both its appearance and how well it works! They had had their eye on a more expensive model and were extremely pleased that this met their needs perfectly. Don’t hesitate buying this kettle!

Kettle is great. Watch out for fake warranty card included in box. It is not the real deal but someone trying to steal your info. Be careful!

Love the snout on this bad boi, works great and as described.It also heats water super fast, and I love the option to keep the water hot at X temperature -- works great when s/o wants to keep the water hot for me to make another french press or pour over.The only funny thing is you can only set the temperature in intervals of 9 degrees, but I can't see how in any situation that would bother anyone, as 190 degrees works for French Press and 210 is boil black.Would definitely recommend, and consider it an upgrade from the glass water kettle I shattered two weeks ago :)

Great for making pour over coffee and tea. Easy to control the pour rate. Will maintain set temperature until you remove it from the base to use. The base does not remember the temperature you set. If you’re planning on multiple cups at a later time, when you return it to the base you’ll need to program your set temperature and hit the power button again. Holds temperature for 1 hour then auto shuts off.

I see a lot of reviews about how the flashing light is irritating... I agree. I had a smaller electric kettle that I was using for brewing Chemex coffee, but it was only able to bring the water to a boil (no temperature control) and it only brewed about 0.5-0.75 liters. This kettle's temperature controls allow for more granular control so I can get an exact 194 degrees.I don't know how best to verify the accuracy of this kettle's temp controls, but I can say that my Chemex coffee is much more consistent and better-tasting than with the only gooseneck I used.For appearance, the flat black exterior looks good, and the lid seals well on top of the kettle.

Update - temp control stopped working so I returned it. 1*Looks great. Works great. Good price. I’m happy

La verdad quede encantado con esta tetera de cuello de cisne. Las teteras de este tipo cuestan más de el doble que esta tetera, por lo que al principio estaba preocupado por la calidad. Sin embargo calienta el agua rápido, el diseño es elegante, y tiene control de temperatura. Claro que tiene algunos defectos, como el peso y el agarre, y la temperatura no la puedes modificar por 1 grado preciso. Sin embargo, por el precio es muy aceptable

Estoy enamorada de esta tetera eléctrica, hace todo lo que necesitaba que hiciera. Puedes cambiar de farenheit a celsius, decidir la temperatura del agua, la mantiene caliente por 1 hora si la dejas en la base y se apaga automáticamente, el pico de ganso es ideal para el mate y que sea de 1 litro la hace muy fácil de manejar y estéticamente es hermosa. Genial, la recomiendo totalmente.

Es una hervidora bonita, sin embrago, si tarda un poco en calentar el agua en comparación de otras que en menos de 10 minutos ya tienes el agua hervida. Su capacidad máxima es de 1 litro para que lo tomes en cuenta. Tiene una estética bonita y es de buen material, sin embargo, no lo volvería a comprar.

Great product. The picture is bit misleading though, as I thought it was cordless but it does indeed have a cord.

Buena relación calidad y precio. Diseño elegante y funcional. El termostato de la tetera es muy preciso.
