Really happy with this. Was looking for a lame and dough cutter and this was cheaper than just the two, with the bonus whisk which didn't promise much but is actually excellent. Ergonomic wooden handles. All seems great after a few uses.

Been looking for the separate components for a while so the set is awesome. The dough hook is brilliant as is the lame. The bench knife is useful for so many kitchen tasks.

So far so good! Hubby started making sourdough during quarantine (#quarantinesourdough). The lame is perfect for cutting the top of the dough to allow for expansion. We tried a regular knife but it just wasn't sharp enough. These lame blades are SHARP! The scraper will also be great for dividing the dinner rolls that he also makes. Great kit at a great price!

Good quality and sturdy. As there is no mesuraments for the whisk and lame on the listing, wasn't sure about thier sizes, but once received found out that the whisk is quite big which is nice to work with. Also glad that the blades come with a leather pouch that makes it easier to store them. Happy with the purchase.
