Bought these to replace the rubber cups in a Tetra whisper 100 aquarium pump. The repair kit sold by Tetra is about a dollar less than a new pump on Amazon. As a person with a lot of aquariums finding an affordable, environmentally friendly solution is important. So the Tetra repair kit doesn't make sense; you just through away the old pump and buy a new one because the cups go out in about a year. These cups were too tall. The Tetra cups are ~.46" tall and these are ~.67 tall so the magnets are too close and don't vibrate properly; otherwise they fit. Will continue looking. Wish Tetra just sold the cups. The rest of the pump is fine.

I ordered these for a hydroponics air pump with eight diaphragms. They kind of fit, but not like the originals. They will not fit any of the whisper pumps I have. What I really don't like is these were advertised as "Silicone". I do not believe they are silicone, they have a smell like the cheap rubber , just like smell in the Harbor Freights cheap rubber tire section. Also silicone has a shiny appearance, these do not ...more a dull appearance. IF they are really silicone they should last for many years, that is the reason I bought them. Time will tell..... but after 30 days I can not get back my money. If they seller can provide proof of the diaphragms being 100% silicone I will happily remove the negative review.

Just wanna tell everyone that these boots do fit and work great on the Tetra Whisper 100 Air Pump. They are made of Silicone , a much better material than the EPDM rubber A easy and inexpensive way to repair your boots with holes in them.

These are too tall for Whisper pumps. Tried to make it work by trimming and using larger washers, but they won't work right. 3 stars because it's a good rubber diaphragm. I took a chance and just didn't work out for me.

So the diaphragms seem fine except they are. Not appropriately shaped for my pump. I have a Whisper AP300 and that part has a lip on the inside edge. This part does not. Take your pump apart before ordering to make sure it's the right design for your pump.

The media could not be loaded.  This diaphragm has the right inner and outer diameter, but it is 2mm higher than original parts. The diaphragm also lacks a notch on the inside diameter that is supposed to match the outside of the white plastic chamber, which holds it in place. I tried removing an extra nut to compensate for the 2mm height difference but it still left the magnet in the wrong position to get maximum pumping action. The video shows the original diaphragm on the left and this item on the right. So while it fits, it will not pump anywhere near the amount of air or pressure that original Tetra Whisper 60/100 diaphragm does.

The air pump could not vibrate. The rubber was to heavy duty.

The diaphragms were too big to work in my Whisper 60. They higher/thicker than expected and advertised.
