Q: My height is about 6'1''(185cm). Is the max height of headrest suitable?

I am 5'11" and it is fine. The headrest height is adjustable up and down. Note that when sat on the chair normally in the upright position, my head does not use the headrest, it is only really used when reclining backwards.

Q: Can you assemble the chair without the arms?

No as the Arms hold the backrest part of the chair in place. The arms are fixed to the underside of the seat and clamp the chair back into position.

Q: What is the maximum weight the chair can take?

I am 14 and half stone and use it for 9 hours a day and it has been fine.

Q: do I need any tools to assemble, or do they come with the cjhair?

Hex Key and screws come with it, the headrest is already assembled with the back seat and the rest is pretty straight forward and easy.
