We love cast iron! Any thing cast iron. We have a wok, Dutch oven, skillets, griddle, but did not own this type of square pan that could be used as a lid or griddle. Cast iron really is fabulous when it comes to clean up! And they last forever!!

It is somewhat small, but the dimensions are given so make sure you measure. Since this is made in China one cannot be certain there are no toxic components in the product. I think the country of origin should be made obvious on ALL products.

I love the size and the way bread turns out but as far as being care free that’s a big no!! It’s hard to clean and holds a funny Oder when greased and set up. But haven’t had it long enough to know how it will season

I bought this for my husband. He loves it for cooking bacon on the grill and home fries. it’s easy to clean and very durable.

I never knew I would become so excited to cook as I dis with my Bruntmore pan. I made hamburgers and roasted vegetables and it really brought out ao much depth of flavour. Only thing is it has to be dried as soon as it is washed or it will rust as I dound out but I put it on the stove let the hot water evaporate, heated oil in the pan and sure enough the rust went away.
