They ship the same day and almost every time the smaller boot package arrives 1 - 3 days before the package with the skis, poles, bindings arrives. You should get that package in the next few days. Q: Do the bottom of the skis have fish scales or what kind of grib on the bottom?

The tips and tails of the ski are smooth. You will not need to wax these skis per the temperature and snow conditions like you would have to do with a waxable ski. Q: Can you replace boots if wrong size?

Yes we can easily make arrangements with you to change the boot size with your ski package if the boots you ordered are too small or too big.
