Look at all these smudges and fingerprints on the case. If it hadn’t been for the case, these would’ve been on my brand new MacBook instead.I’m grateful for that. That said, I just tried to run them off the case with a microfiber cloth and it had no effect. I’ll try water next. Hopefully that works.The case feels good to touch (probably why I’ve covered it in fingerprints). Fits well. Hasn’t caused any heat issues. And the included matching keyboard cover so far hasn’t been annoying, and it may have saved my Mac from being murdered by orange juice my one-year-old spilled over the keyboard. It comes with a spare keyboard cover too, in case something happens to your first one.

There is a certain method to the madness; it was so hard to get the top case on. I had to put the rigid pieces on first and forces them to fit onto the laptop. The instructions were quite vague and the photos were pointless.The product quality is nice but not so convincing, as it was hard to open my computer without the top case being flimsy and wanting to fall off. The price is right and the extras are nice too. Just as long is no damage is done to my laptop; it shall be sufficient.

Within a month of buying the case, the case chipped and caused damage to my MacBook screen. Be careful when closing the laptop with this case because the shards may get caught in between the keyboard and the screen, causing damage. The case itself is not very high-quality and is quite thin compared to other cases that I have seen and I would strongly recommend spending the same amount of money on a better case rather than a 3-in-1 package.

I was looking for a hard case for my new Mac that was cute but functional. Had to knock this one down because the case is terrible for finger prints. Really disappointed because I love the color and the outer carrying case is a nice touch. I have wiped this case down every day since I got it two weeks ago and the finger prints make it look messy and unappealing. Too bad

I am in love with this color. It’s not even entirely the same color in person that’s in the picture displayed; it’s a true jewel tone teal (pic seems more green). It does smudge easily, but I can buff that out. The only concern I had was when putting the top & bottom case on, I was afraid I’d scratch my laptop because it was not a quick snap on. (Largely user error there; I was struggling to figure out which end went to which side). But once it all clicked in, it looked great and seems to give me some great protection for the cost of the item. I’m not very rough on computers, so I’m not a good testimony for durability. But it hardly adds to bulk of the laptop. Keeps it sleek.The keyboard pad... the only thing that bugs me about it is the lit up buttons underneath don’t line up exactly with some of the words/symbols on the pad. But it really isn’t that big of a deal to me. It’s more important to keep crap out of my keyboard - and it’s nice to have a color other than black, which I had on my other MacBook for the past 8 years. ^_^I’m excited. Love this product.

this would be a great product and great value BUT the material of the hard shell shows all your fingerprints and looks very dirty fast and is very hard to just wipe down and clean. So when it is open and someone looks at it from the back it looks dirty and gross, just got it a week ago and it was already ruined because I touched it with a little bit of lotion on my hands. I just ordered a crystal clear one so hopefully, that will be easier to keep clean. They need to change the material because I love the idea of having a different color!

Yes it stains from your paw prints but I used RUBBING ALCOHOL on a cotton ball and wiped off with paper towel. Et voilá! No more oily prints.Color is amazing. Can’t see apple logo through this one. Case cuddles the laptop so it doesn’t move at all, plus soft inside. Isn’t much room for anything bulkier than the charger in the front pocket. Good enough for charger, pens, sticky notes, maybe AirPods or wired headphones. Came with two keyboard covers, first one looked perfect except for Esc key, but doesn’t bother me.Overall very happy with case combo.

The top cover once on is hard to remove. Use causation around the monitor take your time follow instructions. If you have to remove I would suggest using a plastic pry tool from ifixit to gentle lift lips of the top cover. The bottom didn’t fit very well and would come off very easily. I ended up just using the top. The keyboard cover is nice but it dims the lighted keyboard on high brightness. Top case is a soft plastic texture the bottom is a clear dark smoky color.
