These are very time-consuming--You have to boil the little gel packs in water for 4 minutes over a stove (no microwaving), then let them cool, then put the whole thing together, THEN put them on and sit in total darkness for 15 minutes. They don't stay hot very long, so the whole thing has to be perfectly timed. I ordered the $10.00 microwaveable rice deal at the same time, and that's the one I use...This was an expensive waste of money. The manual (yes, they come with a manual, they're that complicated) mentioned some microwavable packs, but they don't come with the goggles, and Amazon doesn't carry them. I wish I could return these as I'll never use them.

I purchased these because every once in awhile my eyes get so dry they start to blur. This happened a couple of nights ago for the first time since I purchased these, so I thought I would give them a try. Imagine my disappointment when, after pulling out the little gel packs and popping the metal disks, absolutely nothing happened! So I popped the little disks again, thinking maybe I didn't pop them right the first time. Still nothing. I have a heat pack that uses the same technology so I know what is supposed to happen, but it just didn't work. Highly disappointed and it is too late to return them.

After this expensive purchase I discovered that the local walmart selles masks for dry eyes that you simply heat in the mivrowave. (As opposed to having to boil and cool the heat packs and wet the sponges in this kit) to me ease of use is everything. Plus it was less than ten dollars for the product at walmart!

Very nice product for people with problems eyes. I had been diagnosed with floppy-eyelid-syndrome. My eyes were drying out at night when sleeping as my eyelids were not staying shut. These help greatly.

Had to return it because the solution inside the eye patch never heated up after snapping the device back and forth as the instructions stated. Only one eye would get slightly warm. Poorly made.

Bulky, cumbersome, ineffective. Woke up the first night with extremely painful eyes. Did not help the dryness AT ALL. Waste of money. Didn't see a money-back guarantee either.
