I shouldn’t even give this product even one star. The product came in a perfect box but the ice maker inside had a dent as big as a football. I’m trying to get my money back. We’ll see how this goes.?UPDATE: received replacement and works perfectly.

Unboxed and began using it after a quick wipe down of the inside compartment. The instructions are a little confusing at 1st (go on u tube for a quick tutorial) once you get the hang of the control panel it’s pretty easy to use. The ice maker is pretty straightforward it has very little moving parts and the ice cubes if used with the right type of water ( I recommend using distilled or purified water) and used at the right setting (I recommend using the 4+) on the timer the cubes come out the perfect size, crystal clear and are made very quickly. I recommend this little ice maker over the bullet style makers only because I prefer the square restaurant type ice cubes. So if you’re in need of ice often get this little guy and with it let the ice cubes start flowing!! Whether you have a small or big size gathering this will definitely meet your ice needs. When you’re planning on having a party or a gathering and have a big freezer you can make 40lbs of ice in 24hrs store it and you’ll be the envy of everyone. Instead of asking everyone to bring ice you can ask your guests to bring the drink of choice!! LOL!! Enjoy!! And hope this was helpful.

I used this for 5 weeks before reviewing- after many 24 hour a day cycles, it works well. The ice is clear, and no taste. Easy to use and no flaws that I can find. Just as described in listing. There are actually 6 ice size settings-we keep ours on -5. This is for smaller ice but it breaks up easily when it falls into the bend. The size of the cube doesn’t change, just the amount of air in the middle of the cube. I would recommend draining the water at least every other day. Clear ice is produced by NOT freezing the impurities in the water- so you don’t want to use the same water (from melted ice) too many times. Overall, we like it. Glad we make the purchase.

I bought this product as NEW, but the grates are water stained with some rust and the water inlet at the bottom is filled with a calcium rust build up. Clearly not a new product.

Like: Easy to use, relatively quiet, makes alot of Ice. ( although I would reccomend turning on 1-2 hrs prior to having guests over) you can also control the ice thickness. Tip: I noticed ; if you make the ice a little thinner it cycles faster thus more cubes in a shorter period time.Only Dislike: It does not have a low water/ ice bin full audio alarm. you just have to pay attention and empty ice bin & fill water 💧 as needed.

I don’t know how an ice machine can be so complicated to use and the instructions do not make sense at all. The instructions feel like it was written in a foreign language then translated to English. It is not as easy as plugging it in, adding water and waiting for ice. And the ice cubes don’t break apart. I wouldn’t buy this again. Only bought because of the reviews.. i honestly don’t know how people don’t find this machine frustrating.

This is SO WORTH IT. The large pieces of ice are about 1 inch big while the smaller pieces of ice are about 0.5-0.75 inches big. It takes about 10 minutes for the first couple rounds of ice, but it will get faster in making ice the longer it is plugged in. It is easy to clean and easy to set up. The simple design of the machine let's all people use it with ease.
