I install it and water come hot like always

Not worth the cost... We plugged it in and we turned on the water, But the higher the pressure the freezing the water was... it does not heat up at regular shower. It literally has to be barely on but with just enough pressure to barely get it to cold-warm... more cold though... and it uses so much electricity... i have a family of 9 and just for a week of showers ... mind you only 10 to 15 min or less ... since the water was still freezing.. brought my electric bill over $590 of the regular 250 we normally pay... it also shocked my kids when the water was on and they got too close to the shower head ... they said they could feel the electricity ... wish i could get my refund but kids already put stickers on it since we took it off ... not worth the cost ... maybe good for pool shower during sumner but definetely not for colder weather at all

Is not powerful enough to heat the water

This is a very Compact, neat, good looking and sturdy product. It is exactly like shown in the Amazon display images.It comes with a manual and another instruction note attached. I have given this 4 stars because of the listed cons and pros. However I have not installed it as yet for I have to make adjustments to my shower outlet pipe setup and an electrician before I can put this thing on it.CONS: 1 - The design of this shower heater will mosly suit persons with very high shower set up because it is a straight pipe design and not curved like the typical shower pipes and the design of the shower head connection is underneath it so the shower head will face directly down instead of facing outwards towards you with just a little rotation movement of the given showerhead, but I guess it's not a bother for others .2 - The chrome finish on this thing seems just a tad bit on the cheaper end. I even start seeing some form of spots and tiny chips or cracks that looks like corrosion BUT probably it's not and I'm just mistaken.3. It requires it's own 30 amp braker for it to be operated properly so I have to get the electrician to come work on that. :(PROS: 1 - Product is inexpensive compared to others out there.2 - Feels durable and sturdy in the hands and is very compact and aesthetically appealing.3 - It sends to be waterproof where the electrical connections are, so it should be safe.3 - Ships Waaaaaaaaaaaaay faster than it says it would. I ordered about the 1st week in December and it said it would reach January 11th but was here a few days before Christmas. :)As soon as I get this bad boy installed and functioning I will do an update. So far its worth the buy and I recommend it.

Basic fact, at lower water flow it gets hot, as you increase the water flow it get colder, so added benefit it save water, make sure you have a 30 amp source and that it’s properly grounded, I love it

I installed the shower head as instructed and it didn't work at all! then on top of that, they only provide 7 days to return the item. It's also subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% or no refund if it's damaged or materially different or has missing accessories. I understand the damage or different and missing parts but a 40% restocking fee??? Never again will I purchase from this seller. You have been warned!

water pressure is not good but it does what its intended to. Thought water would be warmer
