Outdrive Coupler Alignment Tool Fits Mercruiser Alpha Bravo OMC SX

This tool is a heavy duty piece of steel. I'm hoping I'll only ever have to use it once but if needed, this bad boy should be around longer than me. Used to align the gimbal bearing with the engine coupler, it's almost fool proof to test your work. Use care not to drop it on your foot otherwise your water skiing summer season will be over before it starts.

Alignment tool worked perfect on Volvo Penta SX. High quality and very heavy duty. New to me boat engine mounts were low causing outdrive shaft to not go in. Tool allowed me to align gimbal bearing to engine coupler perfectly.

Does the trick! Be sure to use oil before inserting into the gimbal.

The adjustment tool worked fine however the eye bolt provided did not fit the out drive.
