[OLD VERSION] Office Professional 2013 Key Card 1PC/1User

I would give this no stars at all, but alas, I have to select at least one.... I received this product sealed and new. I opened it and installed it on my laptop; however, when I went to register it, I received an error message saying that the Product Key is invalid. After calling Microsoft and spending an hour on the phone trying to get through to the correct department, they confirmed that the Product Key was invalid. They would not elaborate as to why it was invalid despite multiple requests from me. I explained that I purchased this software brand new from an Amazon vendor and they told me that I had to discuss the problem with Amazon (as if they would know why the Product Key is invalid... really????).... I was extremely upset. My only saving grace was that I was able to return the software and get a full refund without any hassle - Thank you Amazon.... I'm very disappointed with Microsoft for being unwilling to explain my their brand new product would not work for me.

The Key Card works perfectly if you just follow the simple instructions. I give it 4 instead of a 5 because of three installation issues. First, I needed to install the 64 bit version but was never able to successfully do that because some remnants of the 2010 32 bit version remained somewhere on my computer even after being removed through the control panel and that results in the refusal of the installation program to install the 64 bit version. I need to use the 64 bit version of Publisher to remove the "red x" problem when handling very large files. Second, customer service told be that I could install the 64 bit version of Publisher even if I install the rest of Office as 32 bit and I assure you that is not correct. Third, there is an add on (Abby Find Reader) that Epson provides with any of its products which keeps anything from working until it is removed. It took a tech an hour to remove them with a remote access program when all he had to do was say "Remove the Abby Fine Reader add-on in the Options tab of each application - here is a case number, call back if it does not work." That whole process would have been under 3 minutes.

I've not seen a version of Office as buggy as 2013 since at least the 90s. Since Office 2003, every version of Office got noticeably more stable and reliable. Office 2013 is anything but. Many of the bugs are so glaring I can't believe that Microsoft hasn't fixed them. For instance: try opening an Excel file from Explorer. The Excel window will be blank until you resize or minimize and restore it. Create a blank document in Excel, and the A1 cell is off the screen. Or try entering a number, not even a formula, into a cell, and Excel will crash, sometimes causing data loss. I've sent in dozens of crash reports to Microsoft and still no fix.Excel may be the worst, but I've encountered serious problems across the suite, on lot of computers. (I manage a network for a government agency.) These are not isolated incidents.I should also add that the new File menu is incredibly disruptive to my work flow (like the start screen in Windows 8) and does not work correctly with the keyboard. I've had to resort to using CTRL+F12 to open files and F12 to save because the File menu is such a pain.Lastly, the user interface is BLINDING. While you can tone down the whiteness somewhat, Microsoft's idea of "dark" gray is still far too bright. This version of Office has given me such bad eye strain that I've had to start wearing sunglasses--seriously.There are some benefits to this new version. Word is MUCH faster, especially for complex documents but, sadly, I'm afraid the cons outweigh the pros.

I installed this and then was unable to activate. I had to contact MSFT and the tech determined I would have to call MSFT.This version/activation key was not for my region. ????? THAT is irritating. I'm in the US in the Midwest.MSFT activated it ,but I was not given another key number so now every time I need to install this I will have tocall them to activate. That was a lengthy process for me. I have it on my desktop but not installed this on my laptop because I do not want to have to go through all that to activate.The program itself has a more difficult interface and the color scheme was changed and harder to see.It appears the program runs through your MSFT acct. I am logged in every time I open a program.I wish I had stayed with Office 2010

Buyer be ware there is an know conflict with this Key Card with Windows 8.1. I purchased this and it simple would take the key code it telling me that it was invalid. After contacting numerous help centers and countless hours it was finally installed. However, installing it cost me another 100.00 dollars.Please do not purchase this product until it is fixed.

J'avais déjà acheté et installé par moi-même ce produit en décembre 2015, donc j'étais confiant. Mais les procédures d'installation chez Microsoft ont changées depuis. Les licences Pro, quelles qu'elles soient, ne peuvent plus être installées sur des comptes client Microsoft ordinaire. Ça prend une intervention directe du Vendeur pendant l'installation. Ce que vous n'obtiendrai jamais. Vous serez floué ... à moins de le faire "peut-être" avant la période de retour ce que je n'étais pas. Je n'ai jamais eu de retour de SoftwareCW. Par vous-mêmes, du code d'erreur "Sorry, Catalog As No Matching Products" vous passerez à "Seul un compte de vendeur est autorisé à installer ce produit" après que les techniciens de Microsoft aient installé eux-mêmes à distance l'entièreté de ce produit sur votre ordinateur. La clef est valide ... mais sans l'intervention du vendeur, elle aboutit sur une coquille vide chez Microsoft. Après cet échec, je me suis fait installer Office Pro 2019 par un vendeur autorisé. L'intervention du vendeur par téléphone avec Microsoft est très longue et très complexe pendant l'installation. Rien à voir avec ce que j'avais fait en décembre 2015 avec Office Pro 2013.

this is a fake product after running for couple of month, it has start giving error messages product activation failed. While the seller has guaranteed that this is original product and have perpetual licenses. but it all goes to thin airs.

had a terrible time to install. Spent over 24 hours with Microsoft who by they are the worst tech service I have come across. Had a contact in Florida who I use occasionally and he resolved the issue. All installed and now working through it.
