The Beast of Buckingham Palace: The epic children’s book from multi-million bestselling author David Walliams

Just started reading this book and the first chapter really makes you think about our world and what’s happening now with these as and trees, if you are looking at getting this book you will appreciate what we have now because this could happen if we don’t start acting and thinking better ways of recycling everything we use, replacing trees we cut down and making this world a better state than what it is right now, haven’t got to the exciting parts of this book but it’s an eye opener that’s for sure

I love how a weak boy turned out to be one of the strongest 💪,and also that is has loads of twists in the book 📚🔀. In general I just find David Walliams books so funny and amusing 🤣😜. I love how the boy likes history because that is just like me 🔙⏳ and it also includes the future so I would definitely recommend this book.

My youngest lad (Nearly 8) asked for this book because it wasn't on the bookshelf at school and he'd heard it was good.He read it in a week - couldn't put it down. Normally he takes two or three weeks on a book this big.Just a bit of a star off the full five-stars, because the illustrations have a lot of full-page black printed pictures which may help the story along but littl'un finished each reading session with fingers so black he looked like he'd been sweeping the chimney.

The children in year 5/6 have loved this book. Very funny and a great plot.

So good so far, I'll definitely have this finished tonight - I'm engrossed.These books I think are aimed more for kids/teens, I'm in my 40's and LOVING David Walliams books, along with this book I bought the Box set which I intend on reading then giving to my Daughter who in turn will give them to her daughter.The print is a good size also which I'm glad of (at my age lol )Will update this review once I have finished the book.UPDATED=Very good storyline, very hard to put down. I'd have loved to have known how the Prince got the Country back on its feet etc, lol.Also, after I had finished the book I put it in my book case and the next day my other half came in to tell me he had found a really good book he was reading in the bookcase and proceeded to tell me about it and how good it was. He didn't realise it was the book I had recently bought.5 stars!

My 10 year old daughter adores these books, she read this one in about 3 days, and then onto the next, Worlds worst pets, read that in 2 days!! Brilliant author and hilarious stories!

My daughter used to hate reading. All the way through 3rd grade she just wouldn't do it.One day a book title by David Williams caught my eye and I read her a bit from Mr. Stink. Ordered the book and she loved it. Not only did I read it to her but she again read it herself. After that every bday, x-mas etc. she wishes for another title. Thanks to David Williams she has turned into a bookworm.
