A little high pitched but great for my purposes
I have a deaf cat who has a high pitched noise almost identical to this growler (which sounds nothing like a normal cat, btw), which was hilarious. I now have a toy cat that makes the same noise, much to the confusion of my other cat!

arrived next day
not as loud as I hoped for, and sound is very brief. Cost me over £12 with postage, wasn't happy about that, but its in the toy now, and hopefully it will last a long time

Mines got a stutter
I seem to have got a faulty one. Instead of one long flowing growl mine stutters to the end. Only 2 stars from me

Dreadful
I purchased thinking it was a Teddy bear sound. But it sounds like a sheep. The sheep is also very high pitched and loud. Made the family laugh when I said it was for the teddy bears. Couldn’t use it was a waste of money
