Light weight yet keeps you very warm. I wore them for a week strait in Bremen Germany in December on the coldest days of the year. I was able to enjoy the Christmas Market three nights in cold, windy, and wet conditions and stay nice and warm. The large size was not available so I tried the extra large (two sizes up) and after washing it was just right. For only 60% cotton it is still very comfortable.

The thermal underwear fit the bill. They fit well, are comfortable, and launder perfectly.

i always order one size bigger with long underwear, but in this case 2 sizes might be appropriate. i am 6' and thin (29" waist) so clothing not fitting quite right is somewhat common. in this case the size L are about 2 inches too short on both top and bottoms- which is a little more than usual for someone who technically should fit in a medium. if i need another set i am going to try 2 sizes larger. i think for those of average build, one size up should be adequate.that being said, these things keep me surprisingly warm for how thin they appear and how light they are. in other words, they do the job they are intended for quite nicely. they are comfortable and soft feeling- so i do recommend them- just be sure to order a size larger.

Decent fit at extra large for 5'8" 200lb. Didn't shrink after 1st wash. But, the fly isn't made right; no overlap at all so constantly open. Not good for cold weather!

These are so thin you can see through them .. literally. Basically a pointless exercise and didn't feel like cotton either. Wouldn't surprise me if they ripped simply from their own weight.I can't imagine what anyone would need these for .. warmth certainly isn't going to happen.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY UNDERWEAR!!! I work outdoors for a living and have purchased quite a few different, even name brand longJohn underwear and hands down these are the absolute best. Theres even some kind of micro fur inside that just hugs your skin gently. I LOVE 'EM !!!!

Ordered a few pair for my hubby who works outside. He prefers waffle, states they are warmer. These are waffle, however they are quite thin. If you're looking for super light weight, these are for you! If your looking for something thicker, then maybe pass.
