I was looking for a soldering iron to replace my 5+ years old basic soldering iron which did not have temperature control.I like that this new iron is affordable, I use it for simple DIY projects, like soldering leds and resistors.The LCD and temperature control helps to change the temperature for when I use lead and lead free solder each one requires a different temperature to properly meltIt comes with different tips for multiple applications and some solder to get you started

Since I work on plenty of small jobs that requires a tiny tip, most non adjustable irons gets the tip way too hot, and the solder either boils off the iron, or you damage the tiny solder pads off the boards. I needed something that would allow me to use a tiny tip, and control the heat. So far, I'm liking it.. As long as everything keeps running, I'll be happy. I did not know there was an ON/OFF button on the iron, and it cuts off automatically when not in use.. Awesome. I've soldered quite a few items already.

The media could not be loaded.  Needed a replacement soldering iron to wire some LED's for a display cabinet. Worked perfect and very comfortable to hold. Did not slip or turn in my hand. Heated up very fast. Cools down quickly too so I was able to swap out tips quickly. Very happy with the value.

Well it worked for awhile... Then i got jolted with electricity bad when the cord burnt up on the inside and loud pop... junk and not safe at all.. Also is not good for electronic repair because there is voltage reading at tip when plugged in... I went to solder some LED lamps in and they lit up when i applied this to lead wire, as it was passing electrical signal thru tip of iron... Save yourself grief and dont buy..

I would not buy this again. I returned this one. The heating element is advertised to offer 80 watts power. I’m estimating it offers closer to 30 watts leaving it almost worthless to do circuit board repair.As well, the digital display only advertised 4 different temps. It’s not infinitely variable but rather offers 4 preset temps...very disappointing.Build quality feels good and the silicone grip is great for long usage periods. Still, the lack of capacity and true adjustability leaves it not worth buying.

This soldering gun heats up real quick and does the job well. It has 6 different modes as well as an on and off button which is really useful! (My old one didn't have a temperature gauge or a power button) And it works way better than mine ever did. For this price, I would definitely buy again if needed.10/10 would definitely recommend to friends and family and would make a nice gift as well!

this item certainly met my expectations. liked the speed of delivery. anyway, it met my needs .I used it to make holes in some clear plastic glasses for planting seeds. excellent for that. so; in my eyes: great useful product.

El precio y la comodidad de todo en un estuche para reparaciones fuera de casa pero............un consejo, cuando os llegue tirad el rollo de estaño a la basura, no sirve ni para estar escondido.Lo use para reparar unos leds fundidos en una tele, kitsrlos no tuve problema, pero poner los nuevos un suplicio , no entendia por q no se soldaban y de insistir se partian por exceso de calor.....fue cuando vi que ese estaño se hace bolas y no corre.........por no cojer el q tengo en casa q va de primera.Y eso q yo uso pasta KINGBOpara todo en electronica, un desastre, tuve q salir corriendo a comprar un estaño en condiciones por q me quedaba sin leds de recambio, cambiado el estaño todo salio bien.El kit bien ............el estaño TIRADLO, en serio.

Je l'utilise depuis plusieurs mois et j'en suis très satisfait. Complet pour petits bricolages électroniques ou electrique. Le repose fer est trop léger, je l'ai remplacé par un plus stable. Le fer est précis pour de petites soudures. La pince coupante de bonne qualité. Le tout rangé dans une petite mallette très pratique. J'en commande une deuxième pour ma résidence secondaire.

qualité sans plus, pour le prix... Le multimètre ne fonctionne pas, mais le reste est correct. Pour l'instant...

funciono 2 dias, y luego empezo a tronar en mi mano, haciendo corto circuito en el interior, lo desconecte inmediatamente, por cuestiones de seguridad
