The seller had amazing communication and even threw in a couple of the cutest mini khaen keychains. It also arrived a week after I ordered. DHL is amazing! As far as the instrument it's beautiful and fells great. It's not perfect but it's not expensive and takes a week of work. Mine came with an over cured pipe which caused mild cracking at the tip but it did give it an amazing smokey smell and actually it's the most in turned pipe haha. As far as tuning it's alright it sounds close enough and and rings out and harmonizes well but most of the pipes are slightly sharp and the 2 highest notes are pretty flat. But again it's fine and it has an amazing sound and plays easily. If you want a khaen order with cozinest!

Firstly I revived the instrument WAY earlier than I expected which was an amazing surprise because it was a birthday gift for my husband, and it arrived the morning of his birthday when I was expecting it after! The instrument was absolutely gorgeous. One note unfortunately must have come loose during shipping (it was packed VERY well but it came a long way) and when I let the seller know one note didn’t work, they even went as far as to make us videos on ways we can try to fix it. It was incredible. These are handmade items and they take a lot of quality in their work. While I was unable to fix it, they quickly sent a replacement. Thank you Anong for all your help! You guys are wonderful.

its tuned in A minor so the scale is from A to A' to A" . The tone is really nice and any hole you cover will playa clear note, either inhaling or exhaling. I'm a really good blues harmonica player and I'm finding memorizing the fingering is a little tougher than I thought (but i'm autistic so that's a factor too). There are traditionally 5 pentatonic scales you can play and it seems like you are supposed to play all kinds of chords and doublings and what all in rapid fashion in generally 4/4 time breathing in one bar breathing out the next, so it'll be a lot more fun when I have the fingering memorized, but it's a really interesting looking instrument and the silver reed is nice, it's not hard to make a note, just cover the hole with your finger, make a chord by covering the right three holes with three fingers, but memorize the scale first is what I'm working on now, as an autistic person memorizing isn't always my strong suite but I'm having fun just because its so different than other instruments

Saw a video on IG about the Khaen and immediately came over here to buy it. It’s a fun and unique instrument and I’m more than happy with my purchase. Arrive sooner than expected as well!

I don't normally write reviews online, but the people at Cozinest deserve this review. My khaen came about 2 weeks earlier than expected, in perfect condition, packed well... It plays really in tune, both with itself and to A=440. It's light, easy to hold, and even smells nice. Thanks Cozinest!
