I had been using a shampoo and conditioner that left my hair silky but flat on the top of my head, exposing mild-to-medium hair loss, after having a LOT of hair, though thin (as opposed to thick hair shafts). This shampoo and conditioner leave my hair shiny, but thicker in the shaft, so it does not separate on the top of my head for a few days. I worry less. Since this is a quality shampoo and conditioner that helps minimize thinning hair, it is worth it. Not an overpromise, and my hair is not growing back thicker, but simply a tool that works a little magic.Scent is slightly like cloves and might last a few hours. Neither good nor bad to me. Mostly pleasant.

I cannot say one bad thing about this conditioner. I use it with the full density shampoo and love what it has done for my hair! I'm in my 50's, have shoulder-length dark brown hair (which I color every 6 weeks) and I blow dry and curl it every single day. I was having breakage issues as well as hair loss and discovered it was not only my old shampoo/conditioner but my old curling iron too! I have been using the Biolage S/C for the last several months (along with the new curling iron) and my hair stopped breaking, the hair loss cut back considerably and looks sooooo much fuller than it used to. My hairdresser was so impressed with my results that she is going to try it herself. Oh, by the way, the mint smell is a soft scent and after a couple days of using the system, I didn't even notice it anymore. I pray that Biolage never stops making it because I will be a dedicated user for the rest of my life!!!

I lost my hair due to Covid. I had just wirey little wisps of hair and we cut what hair was left into a short cut all over my head. This shampoo has a medicine-like smell to it but it’s not bad. Made my hair instantly soft and the conditioner made it fluffy when blow dried. After 2 weeks, I can see my hair slowly but surely growing. And tha makes me very happy. My hair was clear down to my belt line before I lost it all.

I like Biolage as a whole, but this product didn't entirely meet expectation. It didn't smell like other Biolage products and didn't make my hair as soft either. I'd still recommend Biolage just not this one as much. It does make my hair a bit more thick as per product advertisement it's just doesn't seem to do much to condition/soften and I don't enjoy the smell. If thickening isn't a priority then I'd skip this one and look at other Biolage products.

Best shampoo I’ve used for my fine hair. When used together with the conditioner, my hair seems to have an inner strength and becomes more manageable with more body. Hair style and curl last longer. Using the Densifying Spray Treatment, in conjunction with the shampoo and conditioner, enhances the results. Two additional aspects important to me are: 1. The products give my hair a healthy shine; and 2. Only a small amount of each product is required for my short hair making it a good value for me. I can go two days between hair washings even though I have an oily scalp and previously washed it daily.

Claims to make your hair thicker but it made my thin hair flat! I want order this for my hair again.

It's decent, and it's certainly helped strstrengthen and thicken my hair; however is leaves my hair a somewhat oily. On top of that, menthol IS an ingredient, and it absolutely leaves your hair smelling like it.It's a little discouraging because I don't want people thinking my hair smells like menthol cigarettes. I have to pass on this product. Thanks anyway.

I loved the smell of this product along with the effect it has had on my hair. I was having a serious issue with my hair falling out but it’s almost as if this had made it stronger. definitely would recommend however I wish I got a bit more for the price.

Hair feels very soft and definitely has more volume. I like the fact that this product has zinc and biotin. I bought the shampoo as well.

I've been using this conditioner with the same shampoo for a couple of weeks now. I started to notice a change in my hair after the second wash. I love the minty scent. I'm already seeing an improvement with my thinning hair, and less hair falling out. You don't need a lot, unlike some of the conditioners you buy in the store. I am very happy with this purchase.
