I like this product but it doesn't get my hair completely smooth. I do have very thick, wavy hair so it is difficult to tame. The only other issue I have is the location of the controls as they are right where I hold the brush and I am constantly either lowering the temperature or shutting it off while I use it.

I've tried 2 other hot brushes before this one & neither worked well at all. The first one claimed to dry & straighten hair but after 15 min of my hair getting caught in it & it tangling I was left with really damp frizzy hair!This thing though..10 min on dry❤️😆❤️😆brushed hair and my hair looks awesome!!Doesn't flatten hair, just leaves it smooth0, straighter & beautiful

I saw this was on sale and thought I would give it a try, I have thick, wavy and frizzy hair. I love how it looks when I use my flat iron but that takes SO much time and mornings are precious to me. Since I got this I can make my hair look presentable for work in 10 minutes, although it still has some volume. Only complaint, is that one of the prongs broke first time I ran it through my hair. But not worth the hassle of returning. I have gotten a lot of compliments and feels comfortable wearing my hair down. Good purchase.

The customer service actually called me after my 3 star review. Taught me a trick to lock the temperature by clicking the power bottom. This is my fault not reading the manual at the first place probably (still not read it). My guess the brush will some how still catch some of my already damaged hair but with nice talk with sales rep. I give 5 for the effort.The brush give nice straight hair after all. Only it caught hair and the the control buttoms are on the way all the time. It is frustrating that I was constantly pressing them while brushing since they are right under my finger tips

Works great on my hair and leaves it perfectly straight in no time.If this product works on my thick, untidy curly hair it will work on just about any other hair! It is far much quicker to use than usual straighteners with great results if not better. The only minor negative is that the controls are on the handle where you grip and i often accidentally turned off or I turn the temperature up and down. Great price for such a great product. I am so happy that i bought this brush. It works wonderfully! Now I can straighten my hair in 20 minutes with no fuss and now I don't burn may scalp or cheek. I have used the brush a couple of times and from someone who is hopeless with her hair this is fantastically easy to use with brilliant results can't fault this item. Fantastic product very happy best thing to with my curly hair, as straightening it with straightening iron takes hours.

At first I loved..but it does burn your hair. Then on decided that it will be safer to use a day after washing your hair and after applying some styling products, like a gel or rusk8 for protection. In another words: don't use it all the time. It will exaust you colored hair!

I'm giving four starts because I feel this brush tends to break the hair. I've noticed a bit of a difference in the smoothness of my hair after using this brush about three times a week for three weeks. It definetely straightens your hair and it remains straight all day long. Just be sure to condition your hair daily while using it.

I have thick, coarse hair. Unfortunately, this gadget does very little to it. I do find it to be somewhat useful for day after touch-ups the day after I completely style my hair with my flat iron. But it could not take my thick coarse frizzy hair and make it nice and straight and shiny like my flat iron does.My daughter has fine, slightly wavy hair. It also does not work for her hair.

It's very nice and easy to straighten the hair. Loved it.
