Got this for my lady, she really like these resistance bands. She used them the first day she got them. She’s only ised the green one so far but she said she definitely can feel it’s effectiveness when she works out . she did say she wished they had some way for her to know the intensity of the band like which one is light resistance, medium or heavy. You have to figure that out on your own. Picture coming soon!

These bands are better than another pair I tried, but they do not tell you which is light, medium and heavy. It is obvious when you try them which is which, so i will probably just label with a sharpie as it is sometimes hard to remember when I have other equipment. Mine also did not come with a carry case which is described as mesh carry case.

I finally got around to using these babies and they are perfect for glute activation! The bands have 3 levels of resistance, I def recommend starting at the first level of resistance than moving up if new to banded workouts. They are all super sturdy and need to be “broken” in.

These are really nice and good quality bands, the only thing I am not happy about is the fact that they all came in the same size. In the picture it looked like they would come in different sizes with the different resistances. Other than that everything is great, they’re high quality and pretty colors!

I really like the sturdiness of these bands. I workout lower body often and can feel the resistance when I’m squatting with these bands on! It burns so good! 10/10 recommend. The beauty about these bands is that they offer an intense workout without having to throw on any weights.

Nice and sturdy design. The material has a quality feel about it and definitely will last a long time. Depending on your size it may be a challenge to get in place on your thighs. I find that I get a good workout and it increases my heart rate . You can look online to learn various moves to tone different parts of your legs and buttocks. Definitely recommend for simple workouts before bed.

I like that there are 3 different stretch limits of these bands, but the tightest one is not as tight as I expected it just doesn’t stay in place but otherwise is better than the rubber silicon ones.

Quality design without the inflated brand price. Just as good or better than all the more expensive bands. Do wish they came in different lengths but no big deal.
