Hand towel rack wobbles
The product looks nice but the two pieces with only one sided wall mount wiggle and will not stay straight. The external piece is square and the wall mount piece is round so the weight of the towels pulls it down

bought these a year ago to have when I remodeled my 2 bathrooms. Put the toilet paper holder up first. HORRIBLE...The bracket does not attach securely to arm, made the same on all products. DO NOT BUY the set screw not conformed to correctly hold.

Nothing is level!!
You have a choice..towel bar can be level or wall bracket can be level but not both due to the way they were put together. I purchased a 4 piece set, 1 24" towel bar and a 12" towel bar and ALL 6 pieces have one wall bracket crooked. Installed them anyway since they were for my son and he didn't care for now. The bars are solid, sturdy and look nice in box. Would look great on walls if constructed properly and buy your own screws. Screws in packet are low quality. Over all NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Missing items
We really liked the product. And no the measurements were not a perfect match as they measured. But that was not the problem. We ordered the Matte black 6 piece set. Which should have inducted a towel holder, hand towel holder, and tissue holder, as well as 3 hooks. 2 hooks should be identical and 1 is different. We are missing the two identical hooks. We were really excited because we are remodeling our master bathroom and this was one of the final things that we needed. The product looked very nice, the price was great. As long as we received all of our product. Now we are going to have to wait a week for the replacement and hope it’s the right product with everything we ordered included. Will update review when replacement arrives.

Good and sturdy, but tough to install.
It was difficult using the Allen key to tighten the items to the brackets.

Excelente producto. Los instale sobre tablaroca. ( OJO no trae taquetes de tablaroca).Los dos percheros individuales no son taqueteados, van pegados con estampa 3m.Buen producto se acero inoxidable. Tiene calidad de tienda. No vas a encontrar nada de esta calidad a este precio en tiendas.

Incompleto, no cumplen con lo descrito en el contenido.
En la descripcion y contenido del articulo claramente indica 6 piezas y en realidad en la caja vienen 4. faltan 2 ganchos por caja y yo compre 5 cajas me faltan 10 ganchos. espero me respondan y envien el faltante

Faltaron 2 ganchos para colgar batas o toallas
El producto me encantó, es muy bonito, el acabado mate hermoso, solo que en la descripción dice que vienen 3 ganchos de toalla, y solo viene 1.

3 hooks not matching as advertised.
Lead to believe all 3 hooks the same. One hook matches as shown, the other 2 small stick on hooks. Same in 2 sets ordered.
