I have Diverticulitis and have been taking these now for about 3 months, it's only the past month I have noticed a significant change in my gut and bowel , hardly any bloating or pain, and bowel movements are now normal, will definitely be buying again.

Started taking Betaine HCL to address acidity levels in my digestive system. I then started reading more about pre and pro biotics and figured that these would be a good way of promoting good gut bacteria which I understand is good for overall health. One a day first thing in the morning an hour before food. Three weeks in and definitely noticing improved gut health. Good value for money too. Sticking with this and Betaine HCL.

First time purchasing this brand of bio cultures as my usual was out of stock. The quantity supplied is 6 months however the use by date upon arrival is less than 5 month away. Definitely won’t be using this brand again. Very dissatisfied.

Bought these to improve my immune system after years of being troubled by a fungus nail infection. They work! Takes a few months but I can see the improvement.
