What a wonderful book! Dr. Ruder provides us with all the reasons we can love greek yogurt and the explanations are scientific, yet understandable. Not only that! The book is chock full of recipes and a meal plan, which suits me just fine. Tidbits of information are scattered about the book which seems to cover every aspect of nutrition and dieting, from a conversion chart to use yogurt in recipes to individual meal planning. A terrific book and resource.

Great cookbook
This book is well written, informative and I like the way it's divided into chapters including the "toolkit" section.The recipes are easy to follow, varied and vegetarian friendly. Although it's a "diet" book I think anyone who wants to eat healthy and likes yogurt would want a copy. I will definitely purchase this book for gifts.

Awesome Recipes.
Great collection of recipes, and as a bonus you get menu planners and other toolkit's (something you don't normally see in a recipe book). I made Dr. Sonali Ruder's "Creamy Penne with Shrimp and Spinach" and couldn't get enough of it. I'm looking forward to cooking my way through this book.

Great resource!! I was delighted to read this different slant on incorporating Greek yogurt into my daily diet. Lots of wonderful information and meal suggestions. This is the complete package!

There might be some information that is helpful to some people here, but I found it was pretty limited. Also, I feel like the science that it was based on seemed weak. Finally, I tried several of the recipes. They were difficult to follow and did not taste good.

Well written, delicious recipes.
I really enjoyed these recipes. I've taken some time to make them, some of them several times, so I could learn how to be more creative with Greek yogurt. I found the information in this book to be very helpful and I learned a lot more about Greek yogurt in general. My favorite recipes are the barley risotto, creamy penne with shrimp and spinach and the overnight no cook oatmeal. I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to make Greek yogurt a part of his or her dietary lifestyle as a way to lose weight naturally or for anyone who wants to use it in different ways.

Enjoying Greek Yogurt and All Its Benefits
This is a valuable book written by a Medical Doctor on the benefits of Greek yogurt. I have been enjoying Greek yogurt now for awhile and can attest to its nutritional value and really happy to see the science behind the diet. Easy to follow, lots of great recipes, and sage guidance from a knowledgeable expert. Eat smart, healthy, and manage your weight with a delicious diet!
