Broke my 6-32 mandrel. Bought this one as a replacement. Contacted the manufacturer via email and they offered and delivered another 6-32 mandrel, a 8-32 mandrel and extra rivet nuts at no charge. Couldn't have better customer service and now I have 2 ea 6-32 mandrels. (: I am a happy customer.
