I wanted to try out a tiramisu recipe, and Mascarpone cheese was not available in our area. I was leary about ordering online a refrigerated product. The cheese arrived quickly, had a cold pack, and was perfect when it arrived. The tiramisu was a huge hit at our family gathering.

came to house warm this is dairy when i called to as what i could do was told it could last without refridgeration for sevral days not impressed its dairy

I have tried several brands of this type of cheese. This one is not the tastiest. Mascarpone cheese is a mild flavored cheese. This one is very bland.Would I buy again... not sure yet.

Well I tried making Tiramisu with Philadelphia Cream Cheese & it turned out pretty good...... Then I stumbled n2 this brand of cheese by accident..... So to make a very long story short, when finally ate the Tiramisu with this Mascarpone Cheese, oh it tasted much better (perfect). I'll most definitely order this cheese again & Imma see how it turns out in my cheese cakes.

This is a very interesting, smooth tasting product. It has a texture like butter but effects the tongue like a sort of light cream cheese. I love it laced through my corn grits!
