2nd year I have bought this seed - worth buying
Bought a sack last year and was impressed, so much cheaper than buying small boxes from the supermarket.Have bought a new sack for this year, over seeding your lawn is the best way to keep weeds out.

Don’t know what I was expecting for the price of this seed I expected it to be better I’ve used other grass seed previously and it all took but this was quite patchy

Great quality - super communication
This is the only seed that has ever germinated in my garden. I’ve been delighted with the growth. The seed started to germinate after about a week and I gave the garden its first cut after a couple of weeks. Absolutely delighted.

Not as quick as others have said.
I wanted this for a shady part of the lawn. Got the odd shoot come up but not as much as I put down two months ago. Bit disappointed to be truthful.

Took a little while to take but it has now exploded and looks amazing

Slow to germinate
Germinates so slowly even with top soil you need something to put over it to ensure the birds don't get most of it. Not useful for the normal gardener. The bits that did sprout look OK.
