Product works. Easy to understand instructions. However, it is important to note, lock needs to be firmly pressed together to set or unlock locks. It's not a problem, just a helpful hint for anyone interested.

This is the third set I’ve bought. These locks are easy to reset, sturdy, and I like the way they look. I’ll probably buy more in the future

This product is unfit for use on a Ruger 10/22 rifle. With the trigger guard installed, the clip can be inserted into the rifle, the safety can be flipped to fire, and the trigger can be pulled simply by pushing the lock backwards. Totally unsuited for a household with curious kids.

Good product put it on a ruger 10/22

These are super cheap, and they feel like it. I used one on my hunting rifle and it worked fine. But then I used another on my shotgun, and the reset-mechanism jammed so that it didn't reset the code until after I'd scrambled it, leaving me unsure of what the code was. Fortunately, this lock is flimsy enough that I easily removed it with a hacksaw in about 5 minutes.

A little bit hard to reset passcode but very good product

These locks do work, but the quality is not the best. Everything on the lock is loose and doesn't seem like it is very well put together. They work but I would prefer other brands of trigger locks that I own.

ordered 2 packs of 3 Boomstick gun trigger lock, received them on time. open the 1st and reset the combo then it would not open. I went through all 1000 possible combos thinking maybe i mixed up the numbers, to no avail. Took out the 2nd and it was factory set to 000 and it would not even open. I tried the rest and all went the same rout as the first. All six are junk. So i got a refund within 2 business days. Since i was told to keep the garbage i decided to see what is wrong with them. I set 1 to my combo and hit the lever 5 to 6 time to force it into unlock position and back again several time. Now it moves much more easily but still very stiff. I have done this to all of them and they now sort of work. I don't think i'd ever use these on my guns in fear of ruining Finnish as they are still that harsh to open, so into the scrap bin they have gone.

For who taking care of his firearms, does trigger lock is not recommended because the pin's are in uncover metal .
