I got the scanner yesterday and it is awesome!! I have another smaller scanner from launch and it is also great!! Setting it up was super easy, the touch screen works great. It’s connected to the internet very easy and did all the updates wirelessly and very quickly with my meodcre WiFi. Used it in a truck this morning at work as I am a professional tech and re programmed a throttle body and troubleshooted some 02 sensor problems and it worked flawlessly. And I love love love the battery graph!! The only thing I could possibly negative mark it for is I don’t like that some updates, very few need to actually be plugged into the computer to use. I also like that you can buy other capabilities for the scanner and download them. For $19 a year. Do wish maybe they would offer a permanent version that you don’t need to renew even if it now is $50.

This scanner is so user friendly. It reads the vin pretty quick and the way it details any errors. Love the wifi and updates and the screen is real sensitive. A++ 5 stars.

Not very intuitive at all put automatically take you to a report without allowing you to go through individual tests finally figured it out it was just a simple swipe to the left but it’s just not intuitive it takes time to figure out other than that it works well

I have been wanting a scanner with all these functions for this price for years. Very easy to use with large touchscreen and rugged case. I have used it on my Ford Supper Duty and my Toyota 4 Runner. Great tool

I tried to use the device to do simple functions as advertised but always there is an error to perform the function. In addition, after firmware updates, it stopped recognizing the connection to my vehicle.

It's a very nice scanner. The only down side is it dosent alway do a successful auto vin scan. Other than that no complaints! Great product!

I purchased this item in February 2021 and now it is not working. Website says there is a 5 year warranty and directs a person to the "Feedback" page for information. Who will contact me? I haven't heard anything back from the "feedback" comment I left.thanks.

Product arrived very fast. Packaging was great not like normal cheap stuff. The product itself seems very sturdy and works well. So far everything has worked great I really like the Wi-Fi it auto updates and allows you slot send a email with diagnostic reports. Very happy with my purchase.

Mi reseña no es sobre el producto, lastimosamente salió con defectos de fábrica, sin embargo el tiempo que lo tuve cumplió excelentemente con sus funciones programadas. La reseña es sobre la excelente atención post venta pues como comenté el producto salió mal (cosa que reconocio el vendedor) y me dieron un excelente seguimiento para la devolución del producto y obviamente de mi dinero, me regresaron el 100% del valor del producto, sin embargo los gastos aduanales/importación no los cubren quizás eso se tenga que ver con Amazon, lejos de eso todo el proceso fue agradable y no hubo problema al reclamar el dinero, voy a volver a adquirir el producto porque aunque haya ocurrido este problema el scaner cumple como lo he dicho con sus funciones y fue de gran ayuda en mi trabajo.

Muchos vehículos no se pueden escanear ono están disponibles y las programaciones en sierras marcas no están disponibles

Excelente scanner, muy fácil de usar, además los materiales se sienten muy cómodo para el agarré, resiste ante una caída y llegó completo y en buenas condiciones, lo recomendaría mucho para talleres profesionales.

El escaner no cumple con lo que dice, he probado con 3 marcas de coche y lo único que marca este modelo no es compatible, muy decepcionado con el equipo
